How is it that she doesn't even know what month it is?

As opposed to Nimbobs and her "articles" lol

He keeps on going on about how prioritising yourself benefits the people around you. But like… how is he being good to anyone? He never mentions his family. He barely seems to have friends. His fiancées family hates him AND his fiancée herself seems depressed as hell.
He's tapped into something to connect with other selfish people. 'How can I be entirely self obsessed and instead of just owning it try to justify it as a spiritual thing?'. That literally is his whole usp.

They're recycling advice that's so outdated now what do they even offer, I think most people into wellness have realised by now that the selfish mentality that's been touted in the past couple of decades is actually terrible advice that doesn't apply to most people and has been taken too far, in our current culture pouring into your relationships and communities is better for your mental health. But yeah I can see why that philosophy wouldn't be as appealing for people trying to validate spending years on a holiday running away from their problems.

Yeah like that's advice for mothers who run themselves ragged trying to be the perfect mother and housewife, taking care of an emotionally immature husband plus children. Who exactly is he taking care of and what about his life is so draining that he needs to intentionally recharge?

It’s like he’s usurping self-help for women and twisting it so men now have an excuse to not feel bad about their behavior.
Oh yes, exactly like someone else already pointed out 😆

It’s so funny to me that she’s probably getting so drained from her 1 yoga video a week and thats her being “productive”. I know people who work a 9-5 and then work at yoga studios or gyms after work as instructors on top of a regular job. She could not comprehend the life of a nurse, teacher, first responder, mothers etc. people who work so hard but have such thankless jobs. I used to just feel bad for her but the longer she keeps expecting freebies and handouts, the more I severely despise her.

Am I crazy to assume that Yoga instructors are capable of teaching more than one class every 1-3 weeks like Niomi? Maybe even multiple classes a day all in person right?

The reason "Jamie White, The Enlightened Life Coach" lacks a real community isn't him not living in a commune. He's a heinous piece of tit and nobody except his own kind wants to do anything with him. What will he offer his friends and neighbours in exchange of their time and favour? Gentle reminders and shady life advice?
It's funny he couldn't find any community in Ireland... the possibly simply NICEST people I have ever met. Like seriously, went there at 17 for the first time to visit a friend and was literally ADOPTED by her family, friends, her mom gave me handmade woolly socks, her friends' parents invited me to birthday parties, we took care of the little ones in the neighbourhood like no big deal, local pubs welcomed us warmly, I even went to her school and sat there in their classroom (I wasn't an official student, just a visitor! 🥺😅), I mean I have never experienced sth like that, maybe except for Spain back in the day :D If I could just go and spend some time in Dublin these days, I wouldn't hesitate. Except that I'm pretty normal and nice, not a total weirdo.

There’s a thriving influencer industry in Ireland and his sister in law runs one of the largest talent management agencies in the country (Andrea Roche is married to Jamie’s brother). Back in the day Jamie ran a really good event for influencers to meet up. He literally had every opportunity to make a successful career in “life coaching” in Ireland, but he seems to have blown all his relationships.
