I was just thinking that, since he is advertising for someone to "join his team" - surely if he does sweet FA this would quickly be obvious to any "colleagues"? Or is he advertising it to make himself look more successful and oh so busy?
(I read an article the other day about how 40% companies advertise non-existent jobs, even let people interview for them
with some of the reasons making current workforce feel like headcount is growing so they feel less overworked, or making company look better and like it is growing... mind boggles, well mine does, it probably shouldn't surprise me, but I thought along the same lines when I saw his story about the team addition - is this to make it look like he has soo many clients?)
