There is a pun somewhere in there about Niomi's failed yoga classes and Jamie's pencil peen vs Charlotte's Bikram yoga with a Shard view but I'm too tired to fish it out 😶

I don't know how Niomi can get up in the morning knowing it's yet another hollow day in Bali with f all to do, away from the people who actually know and care for her. Just when you think it's awful, then she turns to her side and there is mouth-breathing Jamie White, mumbling in his sleep about gentle reminders. I'd honestly just go back to sleep permanently.
 
She really is so uptight! It’s as though as soon as she sees a camera her brain goes “Tits forward, ass back, curve your spine, BRACE, lock shoulders and elbow, BRACE, clench your teeth, and HOLD!”

They're all just so...embarrassing. They're just a bunch of people in their 30s/40s bumming around and paying for "friends."

They all need to just go home. Do something productive. Maybe get a job or volunteer.

That forced smile doesn't fool me - she's extremely unhappy and uptight as ever. These meaningless friendships are just for an Insta photo. A bunch of privileged people who probably don't work, just like her. Hate being judgmental but Niomi doesn't have "normal" people as "friends", lol.
And yes, all those quotes about fear, about accepting things annoy the hell out of me. It's like she's implying she's being forced to live a life she doesn't want but oh well, what can she do? This is all the universe and the moon leading her life. She can't possibly take any action. She's a walking contradiction because she is completely lost and aimless.

Exactly. She keeps wanting praise for being so brave in her choices. But if she was truly happy that wouldn't be necessary. She'd be entirely confident and secure in her lifestyle.
Something is very wrong.

I find that weird too. Getting out of your comfort zone is one thing but if you're always terrified and feel unsafe in your own life, something is not right. Jamie must have convinced her that her constant discomfort means that she's pushing herself forward. If there's a cliff ahead of you, maybe stop pushing yourself forward and go back?
