Going on a cruise in a foreign country when you are in the middle of chemo is bleeping ridiculous. She’s an absolute idiot for wanting to go and Mr Gormless is an even bigger twit for facilitating it. She’s so irresponsible when it comes to her treatment. Now maybe it’s because up until
Now she’s never had treatment like this chemo - she’s pretty much sailed along on various treatments with little to no serious side effects by Jesus wept - she could quickly and easily develop neutropenic sepsis which is very serious and would require immediate hospitalisation. Her arrogance and complete disregard for her own situation is astounding.

All her posts are so self indulgent and completely tone deaf. Does she think she’s the only person in the world who’s got a list of places they want to see? Or that she’s the only person with cancer who deserves to tick things off the list? Getting people to donate to fund her holidays, while she’s also getting free ones, when people are sat at home worrying about putting food on the table and keeping the house warm?! Tone deaf!! I’d like her more if she had some humility to her and acknowledged that despite the cancer, she’s really lucky to be able to do most other people can’t

Her insurance probably includes air evac 🤷‍♀️ Still reckless af though
 
It would be nice if she could acknowledge how lucky she is, to go on all of these trips. Or thank her 200K followers for all the donations (by the way has her follower count gone down by a lot?)

I feel very sad for those who have stage 4 cancer and can’t afford to do these things, other than sit at home and wait and watch cancer influencers get “all the things”. It’s disparity even at end of life. Sure. Life isn’t fair. We all know that. But social media has really amplified this notion of inequality for me. It’s now in your face all day everyday. I think a lot of people are discontent with it, which is why this site exists.

Also it is interesting that she manages to get insurance all the time. But it's amazing what can happen when you have other people's money to throw at a problem.
I haven't been on holiday for 6 years due to this. So glad Nicky is living her best life though...

Also - for anyone saying she looks like she is end stage - she only has bone mets currently. From a stage 4 perspective her situation could be much worse (which might sound weird if you don't have terminal cancer - but is true)

Completely understand what your saying Nicky is certainly not end of life she looks I’ll because she keeps shaving her hair and has always been skinny but when you loose hair and your bald obviously it will make you look worse.

I don’t think she looks any different from usual 🤷🏼‍♀️ Skinny but bald now and having hair makes a huge difference especially if your thin.

I'd have so much more respect for her if she turned this trip down. She should be looking after herself more now than ever not swaning off just because it's gifted.

I wonder if it's because this line of treatment is the hardest one for her so far in terms of how its affecting her body therefore she looks worse but actually isn't as bad as she looks. She seems to have gone from surviving on paracetamol for pain to now not being able to do anything.

Though she did say she has it in her hand that slowing down means the end which she knows is dramatic...

I wonder why she chose to take up the cruise offer. Look at all those activities she’s missing out on because she’s poorly. It’s not seeing the world and ticking that list off if you’re holed up in a cabin. She could have donated it to someone who couldn’t afford something like this.

This is really mean, and I hope I’m wrong, but I wonder if as the excursion was gifted, she got to the coach or whatever and just changed her mind? Or maybe the adrenaline of the travel and first day wore her out. Either way, such a shame.

I think realistically she just doesn't have the health to do the activities so has been forced to take it slow. I know she practices mind over matter, but matter catches up eventually :(

And I would imagine excursions involve a lot of walking and sightseeing. Not something you want to do if you're feeling like crap. She would have been better going someone like Venice where she wouldn't have to do much physical activity if she didn't want to and yet still be amongst the hustle and bustle. A cruise must be the worst thing you could do when you are poorly.
