I agree, he needs to get something gritty. It was my biggest criticism of RWRB, Alex is far too accepting of his sexuality and so is his family and US public. I hope the sequel focuses a bit more on him and gives him some serious hurdles (along with the hot sex scenes obvs)

I know everyone else is saying Dave Franco will get the role, but I'm prepared to accept TZP playing Luigi in the inevitable United Healthcare murder mini series if it boosts Taylor's career.

I think Amazon really miscalculated The Idea of You as streaming only release. It would have been a respectable hit in cinema and all those original songs from the movie could have had a chance at awards nominations (still listening to some of them).
But yeah, it’ll be interesting where the road leads for Nick and especially Taylor.
 
Interestingly I've just read an article about James Bond, and how they Broccolis have fallen out with Amazon and future films may not happen. They are apparently not on speaking terms at present as the Broccolis aren't happy with the direction amazon want to take Bond and they don't know what they're talking about.

Makes you wonder how it's all run behind the scenes.

Barbara Broccoli guards Bond fiercely and wants to keep it solely as event cinema films. And the legal bills from the past have shown how successfully she has defended Bond and it's brand.
Amazon want to make spin-offs and extra content and make a Bond universe, which was never gonna happen.

Apparently Barbara Broccoli's response to what Amazon wanted to do was something along the lines of they need to re-read the contract, and she was very pissed off at Bond being described as "content". Amazon-MGM don't have as much say as they want, or think they can just dictate because they are so big.

Yeah, she's also not happy with it being associated with something that sells any random thing apparently.

I have Prime (mainly for delivery), and although there are the occasional things I like. I think its one of the weaker streaming platforms.

Oh Prime video is a terrible streaming platform. The weakest content range by far.

And even Amazon itself is getting worse, navigating past all the dodgy brand name shite from China for anything and everything you search for before you actually find a brand you know. The website is so badly designed and hard to navigate considering it's such a big company

Yeah i agree, it's definitely getting harder. I only use the app really, but am wary of what I order these days
 
Nick and Taylor really weren't able to do proper press for RWRB either cos of the strikes. I think that would have really helped more people to see them and a pretty boy like Nick would have had a big aftershave brand with his face in a global campaign.
I really do hope Taylor gets the Tangled gig, my only concern is they might want to go for younger actors in the lead roles but he would be AMAZING. You know how everyone is losing their knickers over Jonathan Bailey - whether they're male, female, gay, straight, bi - that's the future i hope for Taylor!!

Saw him in cocktheplay in london a couple of years ago and I thought he was handsome and puts led in my pencil. Richard 2nd will be great, be interesting to hear what you thoughts are of him playing dick.

Certainly agree about Amazon it has turned into a Temu/Shein cline and as for prime video haha the boys is ok, but most of it isnt great.
