She is only starting out after getting her PT qualification recently so hopefully that will improve. What I noticed is there is no teaching points or safety points which is the basics of what you learn in fitness qualifications.

I feel like she tries very hard to be like Roz Purcell.. the cooking demos, fitness videos etc.. I wish she would stop advertising fast fashion brands as sustainable.. how can h&m possibly be a sustainable brand ..It’s insulting to her followers that she’s trying to sell them this lie.. Claiming every piece of clothing she buys she “desperately needed” to justify getting countless new outfits per week.. recently she got rid of about 10 black bags of clothing to be “sustainable” and have a “capsule wardrobe” .. Must be the biggest capsule wardrobe to ever exist.. wearing a vintage shirt from 9 crow street once does not give you the right to hashtag “sustainable fashion” on every post 🙈 I have no issue with her having lots of clothes and promoting fast fashion if she wishes to.. just wish she would stop using the word “sustainable” to make it sound better

Another one with the morning routine schedule. This does tit for brains not realise most people don’t have an hour every morning to faff around drinking hot water & meditating. Most of us have jobs, proper jobs. I have second hand embarrassment for her.

I know.. one day she said she was planning to do her workout session at 8am so healthcare staff / teachers could join in before work.. She hasn’t a clue 😭

Does anyone know where their apartment is? Not the actual address obviously just the area they live in? The bloke and his brothers all play/played for Vincent's GAA in Marino so I always thought they were living around there
