It ran to 10 series (I think?) and when it finished it was like Neighbours ending. You just want to know what is happening in the characters lives and feel a bit excluded 😂

I watched the 1st 2 series then stopped. I think it's on UK TV play. I will go back & watch the rest.

I became quite emotional when I saw that clip of Neighbours come up at the NTAS, knowing that it would probably be the last time the show is ever shown on at a nationally-recognised event again 😢. They were robbed. The show was brilliant in its final few years and we got one heck of a finale, that Emmerdale’s 50th celebrations won’t be able to hold a candle up to. I didn’t expect them to win, as the NTAS have always been an ITV love-in, but it would’ve been nice for the show to be recognised and celebrated in some capacity.

I got my hopes up, that if it won, a UK broadcaster may bring it back in some capacity.

Interesting that it’s coming back especially when the finale was so good and Susan’s speech ended it so perfectly. I wonder how many of the cast they’ve managed to get back (particularly the younger ones who’s contracts were ending anyway like Georgie) and how they’re going to explain absences(like Harlow now Gemma is in hollyoaks) etc and how they’re going to pick the story back up again (hopefully with some better writing because some of it was dire latterly)
