think it’s been edited differently. Odd some of the changes Wish they would put a version with both uk and oz versions.

and oh yes I cried with Susan’s monologue! So clever how the incorporated so many people.
you forget who has/hasn’t met over the years and can see some of the characters meeting for the first time but can tell they would get along.

The music was different too & they cut to the ad at the worst bit after Toadie decided to stay cos it really built up the emotion from then on. The ad break ruined it. Watch the version on youtube - well worth it!
 
Thanks guys for filling me in on who Todd was 🤣 I have childhood memories of my mum watching neighbours- its when she made me turn of Powerpuff Girls come to think of it!

We are watching the Hollywood show thats on after the final ep and I needed to tell you lot that my aunties dog was in that film with Guy Pearce 🤣🤣
 
Loved that and quite emotional but why was it edited down?!

Dan macpherson shared an image of him and toadie having a big embrace when reunited but unless I missed it Joel was barely in it tonight until the end with random shots on his own
 
I honestly don't think they could have done any better. What an amazing final episode. It's just so sad. I'm not sure what my evenings look like now.

It's been so nice chatting with you all. Nobody I know in real life watches it, so it's been nice having people who enjoy chatting about the storylines and understand the sadness at it ending.

he was in it jumping in toadies arms I think it was Tuesdays episode

Ah ok, I assumed it was the finale, didnt realise dan was back for more thanone episode. Damn I should have got back into it sooner haha

It really was a great ending. But now I want a follow up series with Mike Jane Charlene and Scott all living back on the street

Absolutely! Started off sad knowing they’re all moving away and felt weird. Then then all saying they’re staying and ending with a party. And a bang of the confetti. Couldn’t have been better I loved that they made it a celebration of neighbours. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
