Well if they didn’t waste vast sums of money they could pay the staff.

You are speaking to the converted when it comes to NHS wastage. Us clinical staff on the floor working with the public day in day out can see the middle managers doing feck all ( not all but there’s no need for so many).

)We feel the staffing shortages every bloody day and the staff on agency/locum pay when if they recruited more permanent staff they probably would save money. We can see patients being failed by waiting times, we can see the wastage. Many of us could see ways to help. We know it’s a tit show we work in it every single day.

Like above i’m good at my job, i like it. It’s a vocation yes but I’d like more pay i’m educated and skilled and have 20 years experience but apparently we are greedy despite the 1000s on mumsnet earning 6 figures…..

My local health board have just sacked a financial director who was suspended on full pay for 2 years on £110k p.a. while they investigated 'irregularities' aka fraud. She should have been instantly dismissed for gross misconduct. She would have been in any other industry, I'm sure. Instead she sat at home on her fat arse, getting a massive salary for two years. It's outrageous.

I really hope this is a troll. OP says they are from artwork that she likes. Weirdly considering mumsnet hates tattoos, a lot of people are defending them. I'm saying nothing as I have nothing nice to say

I saw that and thought it was a probable troll too tbh. I'm not a tattoo person, I have a high pain threshold (I walked about with a broken hand for a week once, thinking it was just bruised) and I don't think i could take the pain, especially on the knees 😬

If it is ok with you top lads, I'll do the new thread when we hit 50 pages as I have something I would like to put on the 1st post *glides away on an air of mystery*

This was my last one (ooh how outing! ha! Though I had already posted it in the Ghost thread so not really) The shading in this is an art form in itself and my artist is exceptionally talented. Simple black shapes are always trickier, but you need to at least nail the outline precisely. If that artist has been going for years as she says I have no idea how they stay in business.
I don't mind the pain so much, worst place was probably under my arm towards my armpit and that was a bit stingy.

Am now intrigued for new thread!

That is stunning, the detail is incredible! How long did it take to do?

It's very outing, now we all know you're working class.

its forearm so reasonably large, took one sit of 8 hours to complete. Need to go back for the other side at some point, but will be next year now. I find spring is the better time to be tattooed when you dont have clothes rubbing against them.
Reading the MNet thread, she's 'smothering' it in Bepanthan which probably means the skin can't breathe well either.
