If anyone’s stuck for ideas on what to wear in the festive season, Natasha has suggested this. It’s giving ‘present no one wants to open’ 🎄

It’s just that they’re argumentative arseholes. If you start a thread saying you’re glad/sad you only have boys you’ll hear the opposite from most posters about girls. Either ‘well I’m glad I have girls they’re so well behaved and boys are naughty’ or ‘well I always wanted a boy I only have girls and they’re only interested in makeup and they’re so bitchy’.

Basically they just want everyone to feel miserable with their life, whatever you say they’ll argue the opposite. And then posters will argue the opposite to them. They can’t understand anyone else’s point of view or accept anyone might have circumstances or wants or needs that make their life choices different from their own.

I only managed the 1st couple of posts before it went. What was the story?
Iirc, the married OP had started a relationship with a married work colleague. Both have children. Relationship had been over 4 months and they'd been officially "together" for 1 month. New chap was her soul mate. Naturally. So she left her husband and 4 children and they had plans to move in together.
However, he's now spending nights with his not-ex-yet wife and posting happy family pictures on FB but says it's just to see his children.
Obviously everyone was telling her he hadn't left his wife, but then a work colleague of theirs popped up to tell her how ridiculously she was behaving...
Shark jumped.

One page into the "tea at the Ritz and ROH" thread and it's glorious (hi, Natasha, we've been expecting you) and I have a feeling it's going to get even better.
Oh God, yes!
And Nats wouldn't dream of buying a new outfit for any of this - she has plenty of suitable sacks dresses.
