This sounds like a fantasy, pure and simple. Very weird.

That said, many years ago when I was in my 20s and mumsnet-skinny, I was buying a bikini while backpacking in Thailand and asked for a size small. The women in the shop burst out laughing and said "No, you're extra large!" LOL. Rude. I was extra large compared to them mind you!

My sister, healthy weight but curvy, lost her underwear in transit while travelling and had to buy more in Thailand. She was 5'7", a size 12 and a C/D cup. The Thai ladies in the shop kept exclaiming about how huge she was and bringing out pillowcase and groundsheet sized stuff for her. In the end, our mother sent an emergency bra and pants parcel ahead to meet her somewhere in Australia.
 
What I like about tattle is that we don’t aggressively give statements when we’re not really educated about the issue. This person is obviously not a Londoner- these roads may be central but they’re not nice, they’re big and grubby and near busy stations 😂

No it’s not at risk of flooding either it’s on a motorway not a plain 🙄 I so wish we had a property/DIY forum

If it was any other website I’d advise you to post a picture of your scabby undercarriage, but as it’s mumsnet you’d be deluged with sympathy, handholding and a diagnosis of early onset dementia.

And told to get your ducks in a row to LTB who definitely gave you the scabby undercarriage cos he's definitely playing away from home even though he doesn't have time to be and even though you have his phone tracked (as per previous advice from MN)

Now, don't be doing the pick me dance, nobody likes that AND it'll irritate your scabby undercarriage.
 
My bans are so sad that they're not even really mention worthy. 1st was on a thread about PC Andrew Harper after the lads who killed him were given their convictions and that I thought it was a whitewash; 2nd was during Covid hysteria and apparently telling people they are batshit isn't in the spirit of the site; and 3rd was on a Harry and Meghan worship thread. I probably did deserve that one but I was getting pissed off with Rousette aka Meghan repeating how utterly marvellous they are. And they bloody aren't, so there :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

WTF are they talking about - do they mean Camden High Street and since when was that ever 'naice' :ROFLMAO: . What a weird comment. They are obviously an American tourist who's been to see Sherlock Holmes and then Camden Market (guessing USA by the 'anyways'!) Looks like it's a tiny chain of chicken shops, London-based only, which are located in busy touristy areas. Why are they getting their knickers in a twist.
