All those pics shows me is that she has made the house grey and white. Apart from the migraine inducing green w/c which is straight out of generic instamums handbook too. Groundbreaking.
Thing is though, it would sell and probably go for offers over because people are mad or desperate, and they won’t be able to resist pocketing the cash and doing something totally daft with it to appear rich for two minutes .

Those pictures of her house?!!! I looked at them but now they’re no longer there??
ETA: ignore me my phone had a blip. The stories are still there🤪🤪

Well, well, well.

It's obvious they can no longer afford the house and NOTHING will convince me otherwise. The 'we're moving, Lee's maybe coming onshore' you tube videos now removed, Lee suddenly home. She's been told to shut her trap but she can't help herself hence the attempt at boasty posts.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the house is practically next door to her folks yet now they think it's too far from town for the girls? Stupid rash decision number 1. Their folks couldn't get their nicer house sold previously.

No one moves for keeping tidy . As for seeing friends? Drive them. Shame there's still not a bus route to the 'nearest affordable pub'. Pull the other one Pinnochio, it's got bells on.

Pics look nice at first glance. However we all know the decor is fur coat and no drawers. They've done nothing to the exterior, the garden, roofing, guttering, water damage, windows or even a new door, they've not replaced nor mentioned the 'dangerous' boiler and don't get me started on the battenburg patio. It's tarted up with stoves, beam of dreams and migraine inducing 'marble' bathroom and off centred panelling, in photos maybe nice in parts but still tit in bedrooms for example. I'd also be put off at any house that needs the lighting on for photos. Obviously a dark and dingy property which we know is also cold. Of course, ultimately who the hell would buy it, a house where a horrific murder took place ? No way.

The house is now very overlooked by far grander, newer houses competing in the same or lesser price range. It has a HIDEOUS history and their only hope will be a part exchange.....but it will be down to finances and their house valuation.

Who in their right mind spends that amount on house improvements recently? Someone that has no brains or no choice. Stupid rash decisions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6....

Their only hope is a part exchange but that will very much depend on value of their own and new house.

They are skint.

She's going to need to up her game with the lying. 🍿🍿🍿

I reckon Lee is pushing to move and she’s not keen, hence all the stories of how the house is looking now so she’ll get 100’s of replies saying ‘you can’t move from that house, it’s sooooo nice’ and she’ll be justified. She doesn’t do anything all day, why can’t she drop the girls to the friends? Shes got nothing else to do as she’s clearly not cleaning or tidying! How far exactly is it from the ‘village’ anyway?
 
It was always going to be ridiculous location with 3 daughters. She wanted the 'Inchmarlo' address, the twit is stuck in a time warp I tell you.

The distance was always going to be a problem. The house hasn't moved. The figure on their bank balance has.

It's all just random claptrap from her. That tik tok about self care is so cringe. Stop with the justification Binny. We know you're a lazy arsed, self centred fool. Just get a job. 🤷

It won’t be that long until Safiyah can drive herself.

I also agree that Lee is pushing to move and Binny is dressing it up as Lee and I both “feel a pull” etc etc. It’s plainly obvious and the disseminating is pitiful. Any profit on their old house will also have to go towards paying stamp duty on the new place. That’s why most people try not to move too often.

Borrowing will be tricky as I think they have a fair bit of debt (car etc). Binny is self employed so they take three years of earnings on average and use the lowest as a multiplier. Her income has tanked in the last five years and I suspect a lot of it hasn’t been declared so her income will be pitiful
 
As someone else said it’s a shame she wasn’t honest because alot of people would relate and she would probably get some good content out of that.
She has plenty time to drive the kids to school and their friends plus she has plenty time to tidy up. You don’t have a job 😂😂😂. They’re the worst excuses I’ve ever heard.

I know, ignorantly banked on the mummy vlogging bankrolling the mortgage payments and renovations (at the same time arrogantly assuming the planning permission would not be granted for the housing development that was already proposed). Made massive errors of judgement, repeatedly but are so immature the never reflected on those criticisms and matured from it.

I have no sympathy. Not one ounce. These are people who think they know it all, cannot take advice or direction from anyone, blame trolls if they are called out and show the utmost contempt for the very people who gave them that lifestyle. Throwing in their children's privacy and security as a cherry on top.

I just read on the wiki that they moved into that house Oct 2023. So they have been there 5 and a half years. I imagine they got a 5 year fixed mortgage and everything was peachy and then October last year they had to remortgage and the payments have increased drastically. They probably thought they’d be fine with the new payments but now 6 months on they’re realising that actually it does impact their life greatly.
