My house is bigger than hers and I've much more land around it. It doesn't have huge running costs. The mortgage is the most expensive bill. We manage it on two incomes. If we didn't have the mortgage, we would be laughing.

She saw a chance to make cash and she did it. She's still an insufferable bleep but she was a clever one at the time.

I know, folk make out like she has a few thousand and not 4.1 million in cash and at bank, that would last a very long time and like you said she's mortgage free.

So are they actually mortgage free on the tend farm/crem? I know they were at greyskull but I'm also still not sure if they GAVE it to mamfa legally or are just letting her live there rent free as at the time I remember her saying "giving it to someone in the family"

No doubt just letting her live there, wouldn’t have signed it over as she’d have less control then!
 
Fiddle's inheritance should help them out if they became desperate.
I mean they're all in it together.
Samantha and her family will be secure whether they own the deeds or not.
Wouldn't be suprised if Fred gifted the marital home to clingon.
God forbid she'd help Al's eldests
or his 3 grown up grandchildren with babies of their own.So sad.they

Financially, I reckon they'll be fine. Mrs Hinch always had a shelf life, and I'm pretty sure they knew that from the outset. The whole influencer thing has a shelf life. They hit it hard, maximised quickly, and will step out. My guess is Jamie will step back in as a consultant to other wannabe influencers.

I don't think he could be a consultant to anyone. There are people very well experienced and qualified as such now and they will be cornering the market along with the agencies.
Grifting on insta is one thing but he knows duck all about tik tok/YouTube etc, he only knows that they bought followers on insta and went to an agency. If he was in a position to offer advice, he would be advising his wife to pivot her account.
They struck lucky and nothing more
 
Bought herself some bots yesterday and this morning then as her insta is back up to 4.9
