I usually wake up every day 6am (well my alarm goes off at 6am and I get out of bed about 6:15/6:20) but I work 7:30 - 19:15/21:00 ten days stretch then have 3 days off and then back on the ten days! I also work in a prison so have a week of night shifts every 10 weeks! I find sleeping so hard but usually asleep by 10;30/11pm at night cause I’m so tired I use lavender pillow spray and room diffuser to help though if I struggle falling asleep and in the mornings blast myself with a cold shower to help wake up!Random question - what time do you guys wake up/go to sleep? I usually work 2 mornings and have to wake up at 6:30AM which is now being increased to 3-4 mornings and I don’t know how I’m going to stay awake What can I do to help myself? My boyfriend’s convinced I have low iron because I’m mostly vegan/plant based but I think my diets good? Help
