Hi all. I’ve noticed some new names on this thread. I am glad I am not alone in being someone that liked Molly on AllEars and then wound up here. I saw that the Broadway Bradshaws posted this about AllEars and thought it was interesting. They seem very grateful for their time there. I was thinking watching Breedlove dodder around the parks with no phone that he seems to really enjoy working there too. His Epcot no phone video was full of thoughtful observations and it sort of reminded me of old school Molly. I am definitely not picking up on the toxic workplace vibes Morgan was writing about.

Experience with a company is totally subjective to one's individual time there, personality and situation. While Morgan and Breedlove seem to have had similar jobs, that doesn't mean they were given the same treatment, tasks or expectations.

Keep in mind female bosses tend to ride female employees harder than men, even if it is Breedlove.

Haven't had enough interest to sit through a whole video in awhile because its all so repetitive and overdone now.

I think Molly was someone I enjoyed on All Ears because with the balance of other creators, she came off as a genuine fan of the parks. Now it's just too much of her to the point that it isn't the fun laid-back watch that I used to enjoy. Living off of Disney World and Harry Potter is her complete identity and her strongest creative "talents" are jamming the same 3 - 4 jokes into your face every video and crying at fireworks.

Like what you said you were excited to do when you started this channel - DO SOMETHING NEW AND INTERESTING.

New doesn't mean something you haven't done in 7 years at Islands of Adventure.
New doesn't mean doing another cruise and vlogging it in the same consistent boring format that you make them in.
New and Interesting doesn't mean trying a new overpriced cupcake and talking with your mouthful.

Just take a risk and find something to do that's not sponsored by that travel agent site that you're obsessed with. Something that stands out from your thumbnails because looking at the past 20 whats the real difference from video to video?

First part sure, second part is total stereotyping.

I still watch Mammoth Club videos but I find them less enjoyable and useful as time goes on.

I've been enjoying AllEars. Quincy used to annoy me, but she's grown into a better presenter and sounds like someone I'd have lots of fun hanging out with in a park, same with Emma and Fry Bucket. I've been enjoying their content but hope they are not being worked to the bone by the mess that is AllEars/AJ/Whatever like others were. It sounded toxic.

We got EPCOT After Hours tickets. I still don't know if it would be worth it. I haven't seen any informative videos about it honestly. I liked Mammoth Club's video on it for something fun and goofy but it wasn't informative at all.

I have really grown fond of AllEars—when Molly left, I initially stopped watching them, but they’ve really bonded as a team! They are so much fun to watch and give out really great information. I’ve found that Molly and Alan have strayed from the informational type videos into the more “fun” videos like RPS. But I enjoy AllEars style a little more nowadays and watch Mammoth Club more sparingly than before.

I don't know that you can use a white man's experience at an employer to assume someone else's experience wasn't "that bad".

I was just thinking the other day how I was a little sad I have no vlogs to watch. I like OA well enough, but they can’t compare to the early Allears days. And I am so bored with Mammoth Club and the videos are just piling up. I may have to give Allears another and more sincere shot.

Also, Morgan’s issues were tied into how it negatively affected her relationship with her family.

I don’t think you can really compare the job experience of a new mother to a childless and perhaps single dude. It is not a zero sum game. Allears can be toxic and harmful to one person and a great and rewarding career for someone else.

Fair enough. RJay seems to enjoy working at AllEars too though. I commented on here before that he also seems to not have continued a relationship with Molly post Mammoth, which is shame as one of my favourite AllEars videos was when Molly and RJay compared the rides at Disneyland and DisneyWorld together

Sage has a newborn and works at AllEars too I think now full time but point taken it’s subjective!

I have really enjoyed AllEars recently like the Breedlove and Quincy fine dining reviews and Quincy and Emma’s cross country parks visits.

I also recommend Provost who is currently going to all the parks around the world with his wife and son.

RJ cameoed in OA’s Pride Night video, and I was reminded of what a damned ray of sunshine he is. The video where he and Molly go on Haunted Mansion together is one of my favorites.

Looks like Provost has only managed a single, two page thread on here so that already looks promising, haha.

I always like seeing RJay show up in Cheezypop videos.

I always assumed Molly never did and collabs with other vloggers because of all ears policies. But I noticed she never hangs out with other vloggers on MC either.
