I get that there's an "every episode is someone's first show" thing that has to be done, but (apparently) the real secret to her was the AllEars editing team who knew how to cut her in a way that made consistent viewers still interested.

I'm out of the loop, these meetup tickets were for sale? That's rather tacky. Other streamers and vloggers manage to do meetups without any charge or venue.
Yeah, and I'd say they're probably turning a profit on it too.

I get charging something to make sure that people show up but with 30k/month in Patreon alone, couldn’t they have footed the bill for this and donated the ticket proceeds to GKTW or something?
I like Molly and the channel, I still watch but it's about 50% of the videos(nothing about Universal is interesting to me).
I left Patreon. I joined early, when they launched, because I appreciated her breaking away and working for herself - that's scary. Nothing about Patreon was of value to me, I was purely supporting a content creator that I enjoyed. But they don't need me and I'm sure af not spending $30 to meet them

Ditto. I only seek out what to watch on their channel when I'm flat out bored by all the other content out there.
I think the views from me and others would go up if Molly would branch out and take in new experiences, not just what is in her interest pool.
