Fran was unheard of before Molly Mae. She was working under Scott Thomas for The Social PR and she got lucky that she was approached by Molly’s family to manage her, otherwise she’d still be stuck doing coffee runs for bigger fish.

Fran should be counting her blessings that Molly fell in her lap. There would be no FB Commercial if there were no Molly. That would of stayed a dream in Fran’s head until she woke up in her cornflakes. When Molly goes, so does she. I wouldn’t say she’s learned much at all given the absolute PR disasters that are befalling Molly one after another the last while. Clearly her advice is sub-par, if even that.

If she wants to keep her name in the PR industry I do think she needs to start taking on more clients.

The hype for Molly will die down at some point and if she has no other clients on her books other than her, people are going to forget the success she’s had with MM and judge her management/PR skills based on the most recent clientele, which would be at the time an irrelevant MM.

Who would want to sign with someone who’s only client is now not getting work? Makes you look incapable of keeping up with trends and doing your job well etc - I don’t think it’s reflection on Fran if this happens.
As much as Molly claims she works hard, I think she’s extremely lazy and everything she’s done has fallen into her lap. She might have worked hard through 💫 manifestation💫 but she’s not done real hard work. I can see her getting bored and frustrated when she isn’t offered everything on a plate anymore and has to actually do some work.

Fran needs to strike whilst the irons hot, and get some more people on the books but I do think their personal/professional relationship is affecting this.

Fran seems like she’s practically Molly’s mother/assistant. I doubt Fran’s got the time to devote to new clients.

That's fine with the huge deals but if the huge deals become smaller then it starts to become an issue.

I can't help but wonder if MM should have turned down PLT last Summer.

Considering her house has a million followers, if she launched her own clothing brand surely it would have got 2 million followers minimum before even going live. She could have built a long-term sustainable business instead of hanging onto PLT!
 
You'd have thought Fran would have tried to get both Maura and Tommy on her books, at some point.

Maybe not for tv/sports stuff...but at least for the "influencer"/online side of things (which neither are very pro-active with themselves). Both appeal to different markets than Molly (so likely little overlap). I could understand Fran not wanting to take on other Love Islander newbies (for fear of upsetting Molly)..but I'd doubt Molly would object to her having Tommy and Maura on her books.

I guess the problem is that Fran seems to be almost a 24hr PA to Molly, as much as an agent/manager.
