HR is all well and good at a Trust level if you’ve had a complaint or done something (a bit) wrong.
This has gone way past HR level.

Do you know what is racist? That I can’t say that CB is a bleep without it being racist. I don’t have a problem with the colour of her skin, she could be blue for all I care, but I think that she’s a crappy person and I have the right to say that. Treating her differently (ie not calling her a bleep) because she is a WOC is racism surely. Are we not allowed to dislike people of different races now?

It won’t just be her trust that will look into it. The midwifery council should be notified too if there are concerns about her fitness to practise x

I think what she was getting at is there’s clients of hers who would listen and possibly push for an unnecessary induction which causes more risks for mother and baby because of what Clemmie said. Surely she can’t just spout stuff on the radio which has no scientific back up.

I’ve no idea how this bandwagon jumper can say the account didn’t breach Insta guidelines and that it was deleted solely because of her colour. It clearly breached guidelines and she seemed to be purposely taking things too far to try and get her account deleted exactly so people would be saying things like this.

Ridiculous of Yes Mum to be making such a statement. Embarrassed for these people and their desperation to be ‘woke’.

My response-
What a load of crap. This is taking it way too far IMO. Jesus Christ, we all like to gossip about celebrities/influencers/people at work but we can ABSOLUTELY separate it from our jobs. She can still be a good midwife. I can still do my job even though I post on here. I'm not thinking of bloody tattle or gossip when I'm working. I'm not thinking about it 5 minutes after closing the tab on my phone. Jesus Christ some people are dramatic. Yeah she was silly to do it and took it too far, but we all make mistakes, there are far more important things to be worrying about/discussing on social media.
