Let's hope not, ungrateful waste of space she is. She should concentrate more on looking after her feral children and cleaning brodys teeth than trying to climb the housing ladder. I do think though that this will be her down fall, she is going to over stretch her self now, she wants what solomon has, a champagne lifestyle, only she's on a prosecco budget!! It was quoted that Stacey is earing over 27k a week at the moment so she can afford to keep this lifestyle up. Where as the insta grifters are beginning to fall out of favor, even hinch has lost all her big contracts. I hope greedy loses the lot and has to go back to spraying her council house sink gold and stick on rainbow coloured kitchen lights 🤣🤣

She probably will to be honest. That’s about average in the area as we’ve been looking.

That estate agent puts the guide price as the lowest the sellers will accept. We’ve viewed some through them that have a ‘guide price’

we lost out on 2 as they went waaayyyy over the guide price with offers. One went 25k over guide price not far from her. It’s quite a sought after area we were told when we visited a few estate agents

It’s interesting that she’s put the house with that agent as that agent is from Cowbridge which IS a sought after area and always has been. She doesn’t live in Cowbridge or even near Cowbridge. I guess she’s hoping to pick up the people who can’t afford to buy in Cowbridge. Problem she’s going to have is that there has been a lot of new build estate development around Cowbridge and people are just going to head there I would have thought rather some poorly renovated, unusable garden in a tatty old estate.

We are based outside of cowbridge but quite a few properties near us use that agent and a few we have viewed in her area are with them too. Think it’s more reputational than anything else as they get very good conversation rates

It’s an awfully ugly estate Imo wouldn’t be something I’d ever look twice at

What exactly was the point in buying that expensive wall mural, just to buy a massive double bunk bed ( for 1 child????) And cover the whole mural? What's with the random little set of drawers?? Surely a high sleeper with storage would have made more sense unless....Anyone think the boys share this room and H sleeps in enzos room?

I think the boys rooms look depressing tbh. No toys, very cold looking, not very personal, they have no blinds. Yet she went all out for her bedroom! I don't get why this room has potential to sleep 3 kids, the boys never seem to have any friends over 🤷‍♀️
I agree with poster above.. I don't understand why her area is so sought after, it looks awful and rough 🤦‍♀️ and the house looks horrible too. Doesn't it back off to a load of garages aswell. Not something I would pay half a million for.

Well ... well....welll...miss Greedy Guts strikes again!!! Have been away from this thread for a while and don’t watch her stories so could not believe my beady eyes when I seen that she’s selling up👏🏻! Looking on her property listing I failed to see the cul-de-sac transformation???? Did I miss something?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 duck she’s such a bellend.... where is she moving her big egg head to this time? Trying to keep up with the jones’ greedy? 🤮🤮

She did the same in his original room, map of the world or something on that wall and then put that massive bed infront of it! 🤦🏻‍♀️
