Agreed. They’d be mad to buy that. It’s got money pit written all over it, even to just renovate the existing footprint. The plot size is only 0.2 acres and the house is orientated right on road boundary of an incredibly busy road.You couldn’t have pets, young kids there safely. The parking for the house looks like it’s right on the side of the road. Check out the street view and then imagine it with thundering lorries going at 60 mph almost close enough to touch. How ever much money she threw at it she will never be able to change that.

I'd be very surprised if she bought that house, or even a house similar tbh. She HATED renovating the house shes in now and that wasn't even a massive job. The older the house the bigger the renovation project. (On some occasions)
All she did whilst renovating this house was bleeping moan and it took longer than it should have because she was constantly waiting for companies to gift her freebies!
I also noticed on the Facebook comments she made of point of saying everything in contents room will be going with her.

She absolutely will. I think people underestimate her stupidity re the vitorian farm house for sale. This moron literally bought a house so that she could pretend the view belonged to her. She would absolutely buy that farm house or something similar without doubt!

I have always maintained she got too arrogant and big for her boots (when hasn’t she) when it came to that house referb. I think she genuinely believed, with the hype of her followers, that she “”referbed” her council house. She didn’t. This isn’t meant as disrespect to anyone but there is a huge difference between sticking B&M tiles in a bathroom and spray painting a sink, and an entire structural referb. I think she was incredibly naive in terms of skill, time and money required and didn’t like the fact that she wasn’t getting buzzed up for doing it herself and the fact is revealed just how unrelatable and a ponce she is. I would love to know how much the kitchen people made off that Collab - I don’t think it went over well with anyone!

If she ever did anything like that again, more people will turn on her.
There's only so much bragging and freebies being shoved in your face that people can take.
Like you say, there's a difference between DIY and renovation.
Her attitude throughout the whole process was disgusting aswell.
Having tantrums over the dining table /brodys bed cushion/the tap.
Absolutely ridiculous
I wonder if that company will take her face off the back of their van when she moves seeing as she won't take that monstrosity of a "dog shower" with her! When has she ever used that!!

Been awol from this thread due to Katie Price being a general nut case and taking all my time up keeping up with her thread....pop back over here to catch up and CANNOT BELIEVE THIS GREEDY USLESS C*NT is selling that grifted house!! She never intended staying, the moment they moved in you could tell she was out of her depth just bought it to keep up with the insta huns, insta perfect houses!!
All that free stuff she's blagged for doing duck all and now she's put her house up for over 100k more than she paid for it 😡
I'm not jealous just pisses me off that these wasters get stuff fall into their laps whilst I know lovely people who are struggling so bad in these high cost times. Just unbelievable, she will never be happy she's just greedy, greedy by name and greedy by nature
