I'm glad I missed that.

Every single doctor and nurse that I know who had any kind of contact with COVID patients (myself included) has some level of trauma associated from it. Every. Single. One.

Now that I know that he's going to look back fondly on not needing a boarding group for Rise of the Resistance, I may end up screaming in his face. At least it would ruin his filming.

Then you must have missed just about every video from last summer. He gloated about it in all of them. Twirling around with his arms out to show the lack of crowds. He lost what little respect I had for him last summer. The guy is just a total narcissistic douche

I've only recently discovered him. This doesn't surprise me in the slightest, but it does make me hate him more.

This. He was very much bragging about low wait times and empty parks without ever mentioning the fact there is/was a global pandemic going on. Michael cares about Michael, period. I hope Dave is thriving away from him.

He had to lose so many views from this bullshit. Anyone who stuck with him after his behavior is just as bad as him. He deleted those videos for a reason.

These last few videos are getting more and more bizarre. What’s going to happen next? I can’t look away!

From whining outside the emporium, [hypocritically] ranting outside the Riviera Resort, to a mall food court (?!), and now word salad at the airport. Lol, okay.

These videos are *just* over ten minutes long… and there’s no real substance. He just has to make sure he’s raking in those ads with a ten-minute mark 🤪

Maybes he’s flying back to Maryland since he’s now a failed YouTuber. Hopefully many more to come.

I honestly liked him until he became a giant tool bag.
I was never a fan. In fact, the first time I even knew he existed was when a former friend (who was obsessed with him) told me I, "Just HAVE to watch him! He's so positive!"
It was not long after he moved to Florida. I watched about 5 minutes, I turned it off. BUT, I understood his appeal. ESPECIALLY before he moved.
I'm sure he'd never admit it in public, but I think he moved knowing in his heart, "I'm going to be a full time vlogger!" but continued to lie to his family (Dad especially) that he just wanted to be closer to the 'magic', but keep working.
Then, once he could put his plan in place, dad was removed (assumedly because he got angry) and he's been surrounded by people who continue to enable him.
I know we've thrown around potential mental health issues he might have (even since the Guru days), but I think there is no denying the decline in health (mental, physically, emotional) we've watched the last two years.
People weren't meant to 'live a life of vacation' and Mike proves that.

Why do his last two videos look like they were filmed in the ’90s for AFV on a standard definition camera 🤣
also he “liked disconnecting when he went as a kid” you know, when cell phones weren’t ubiquitous 😂
if that's the iPhone Pro Max 13 (whatever it's called lol), YIKES.
not a great ad for how AMAZING it is. I wonder if he had to return it.

I mean, I don't understand, honestly, what happened to age him that fast. I know sometimes the aging process hits us like a freight train, and I know the Disney lifestyle is a bad one for weight (see how doughy the Trackers are as well). But even beyond that, I can't believe how much his face has aged looking at his older videos. And the gray hair. Nothing wrong with that, but he needs to maintain it better.

My first Michael video was his reaction to the Epcot announcements at D23 2019. He instantly annoyed me, the way he paraded around the park offering word salad and tearing up at his own platitudes. He'd only been in Florida for a month. I found some videos of him and Dave, and like literally everyone else I assumed they were a couple. Half the fun of being a Michael Kay hater is the absolute roller coaster of emotions you experience whenever you learn a new fact about him.

I think being in the sun with (I'm assuming) no sunscreen isn't helping and his little hats aren't offering tit for shade.
I also just think stress and lack of routine. Mike strikes me as the type of person who thrives on routine. Since moving to Florida it's been a manic panic of getting to the parks AS MUCH as possible.
Also, if he's not managing any mental health issues (obvs he isn't) that starts to mess with your body a lot. Especially if it's anything that see's high MANIC periods (little to no sleep) followed by depressive dips.

I can't remember my first Michael video, maybe 4 years ago, maybe longer. I had been watching at least 2 years before he moved to FL. I live in MD and I use BWI and I love WDW. He was great for me to watch because leaving/coming home was familiar and he seemed to know some stuff, he did a lot of trip planning, and he acted normal for a guy dreaming of being at a place where you don't have to think about anything (like me!). Difference is, I know that there is something objectively called 'reality' that the bulk of society agrees upon: get up in the morning, do some tit we don't like, do some stuff we do like, try to have decent family/other relationships, go to bed, rinse, repeat.

From the the very first moments of his very first vlog from FL I knew he was in trouble. He never figured out that he changed the central interest of his vlogs from being a touring Disney lover to "this is how FL Resident Michael Kay 'enjoys' Disney." A few videos of that was way more than enough. Remember how many times he said "Florida Resident"? It was so often it spawned a youtube channel!! Or how many times he said the magic did not leave? Or the number of times he assured himself that everything was alright? Completely blind to what he was really saying/thinking/feeling -- it was so aggravating watching someone be so self unaware AND PUT IT ON THE INTERNET. It was sad, but it IS entertainment (of a sort) that HE is putting out. As I mentioned yesterday, it was his complete obliviousness regarding the pandemic, putting thousands of other people at risk while ignoring the fact that it was life altering death and sickness and an economic disaster which made the parks empty for him to "enjoy." Yeah, I liked to tune out at WDW, but you can't ignore planet-wide mass death and revel in it and expect to keep reasonable people as fans. That pandemic stuff really cranked up the "wtf" for me.

I don't care how much you love Disney, there's something wrong with a person who uproots his entire life to just move to Orlando and go every day.

For the ones who are either former castmembers or who were living locally, that's one thing. But to plunk down a half million dollars for property just for the cache of getting Florida Resident passes? And then twirl around like a five year old at a princess party because you can be there when the rest of us are hunkered down trying to not spread a disease that's killing hundreds of thousands of people?

Polk county, eh? Can't wait for the inevitable Grady Judd press conference holding up Dave's mugshot when he finally snaps (more than already).

Also, how can Dave afford that on his own? Is he getting roommates? My (completely hypothetical and unfounded) theory is mom could be paying for both him and Michael's places as a way to keep $ away from Dad and/or creditors.

We just had 2 Grady Judd press conferences like this within the last 2 weeks. Both in response to majorly violent crimes, and both in Davenport!

Ok y’all, Mikey is teetering on a total breakdown and ya girl is heading down for family vacation next week… grab your popcorn now.

Not gonna lie, I dread the likelihood of enjoying a romantic dinner with the boyfriend and hearing a blood curdling cluster of squeals and sobs over something he wouldn’t go out of his way for behind me… or seeing his fat ass prancing around as he brutally murdering our friend medium shirt. I mean it is almost Halloween and that would be my personal horror story. 😂

Pray for me. Lol

Don't worry, if you are dining in the nice restaurants he won't be there because it seems his 'generous friends' aren't so generous these days
:sneaky:

so, as I was getting my Sbux today, it dawned on me: is he ever shown paying with the app? because if that's the case WOW what a double grift that only Papa and Mama Kay could have taught him.
Basically, if he's adding the gift cards to his app/account, using that to pay for the sugar bombs in the parks, that means he's earning stars for more free sugar bombs (outside the parks).
Wow. I should get into grifting. I mean vlogging.
Also, I am so close to adding like $.38 to a bunch of Disney gift cards and sending them to him. He'd have to take the time to consolidate them down.

Honestly, it happens a lot more than it should. Not even people with desire to be a vlogger/blogger. Just people who think, "Wow imagine going to Disney EVERY DAY". I've seen my fair share of people move to Orlando and, a year or two in, hate it because they moved there "just for Disney".
For one thing, Orlando is SO MUCH MORE. Heck, FLORIDA is so much more than just theme parks. There is a lot of good there. Secondly, when you live there, it becomes something different. For some, it's a good different. They can relax more and not feel that need to be there ALL DAY. They visit when the want, but don't force it. But for others, it's becomes "Troy eating the giant cookie" from COMMUNITY.

Moving to Central Florida because it has theme parks is a valid reason to move, but it shouldn't be your ONLY reason. I also think people thinking about moving to Central Florida need to come down with realistic expectations.
One of Mikey's failings is his diet. You cannot keep eating like you are on vacation. It's not good for you and boy howdy does it hit the pocket book.

Can you use Starbucks gift cards in the parks? I would have thought no, since Disney would be cut out of that loop.

Like if memories serves, I couldn't use one at the Starbucks counter in Cabana Bay at Universal.
