The middle one is possibly gay IMO.

Yes, it’s Nikki’s way or no way. And notice how she is always the best at everything so of course Nikki’s house is known as Christmas house in the village 🙄
 
TBF the section of Friday's post about candles was very interesting. And not surprising. Wish she had named names though. Apart from mentioning that The White Company 'Winter' fragrance oil is good.

It made me realise how long I’d been reading her, I remember her getting that job in the fragrance house! I clicked on the link for the True Grace candles and currently have £70 worth of candles sitting in my basket - I’m not even a candle person but they sound very nice.


I think you’re right about the echo chamber comment. She lived in the South East and worked for Selfridges - we’ve all seen those people going round large department stores in 4s and 5s talking absolute bullshit at each other about experiences and should we move the escalator a little to the left, nodding at each other and thinking they’re very clever while the poor lower wage minions actually do all the grunt work dealing with customers. That type of job seems very Edina Monsoon echo chamber like.
 
The grace candles are lovely especially the Sanctus one (or whatever it is called). £42 for a candle seems a lot though, I can’t believe how much they have gone up in price. Her candle info was good and she should do more of that as it sounded like she knew what she talked about.

I met her and her husband some time ago and I mentioned I had a daughter. He asked how I managed boyfriends - I said fine - I have forgotten the rest of the conversation but I got the feeling that girlfriends in the Garnett household were problematic and not really welcomed

The huge hoop earrings look really dated to me. She looks like she’s just stepped out the 80’s or early 90’s!

Brings back memories of when she posted in a hospital corridor after her poor MIL had been admitted and proceeded to complain about having to miss her annual pantomime trip with the family as a result.
