You would think a supposed theatre expert would know broadway has flop shows and quick closings pretty much every season. It's far more cut throat there than here. It's not 'an era', it's just always like that. Of course he tries making something out of it though for clickbait

also limited runs... i do feel for people when they close early for financial reasons. I have a friend who has been in 3 shows that were shut down

I don't know how people who go to the theatre enough to follow someone like mickeyjoe, can watch him sing and think he is any good. He is objectively bad. Sure he can hold some notes in a 'he is OK at karaoke or singing in the shower' type way, but that's about it.

Also those cabaret will earn barely any profit.

Oh god yeah, no one can love Rob more than himself. Although at least Rob can sing (just not act, or have any kind of humility or subtly in his performance) 🤣
 
Just seen a thread pop up about him on /thewestend subreddit. All positive so far (for some reason) but you can bet any criticism will result in him kicking off 😂

He is trying desperately to be the eccentric theatrical guy. But it just comes off as massively try hard and inauthentic and ends up being a massive miss.

no offence and I am not trans phobic but when he is dressed like this and out and about with the equally style challenged red lipsticked friend it must look like the circus has come to town.. someone please give them a makeover
