Michael's video title today is total clickbait:

The cruise lines aren't changing anything according to Michael. The title is completely misleading.

Now Michael is an epidemiologist: but he says neurovirus rather than norovirus. Repeatedly and annoyingly.

Michael explains the best way for cruise ships to present buffet food. He lets us know that it's his opinion, not based on any facts -- no surprise there.:rolleyes: Michael's preferred buffet service is the way cruise ships have been serving buffets since restarting service months ago -- staff-serving rather self-serving. Don't change michael warns, or he'll stop cruising. The video is about 6 minutes long. Just my opinion, not based on any facts, it's about 6 minutes too long. Wait, that's not my opinion, that's a fact: I watched the video and I found that it was too long. FACT, not opinion.

I thought I had seen something, but I couldn't find it in my fast race to criticize Michael. That's why I put "according to Michael." Sheesh. I'm not following too closely and I had seen something that, were I putting up an "expert" video, would have checked out more thoroughly. That said, maybe Michael saw the news and is using this fact as his "break up" fact with DCL.:poop:

Good point. DC Darling would certainly know him better than we do.
I guess the thing I'm most puzzled by is his belief that no matter how much he lies, his viewers won't figure it out. His lying isn't even sophisticated or smart; it's sloppy. He could easily have been running every time he spoke to us. He could have left out all his character greets and made it look like he never stopped. That's what I can't figure out. There is no awareness in him, no part of his brain that understands that saying one thing and doing another right in front of us would turn off his audience. Or, that we're smart enough to catch it. OR that he is even lying at all.

I also think he's gay. And it's really sad that he can't feel OK about it.

Wonder if his beloved patreons got the number - but honestly who cares about the stats. Unless you are a serious runner, stats mean nothing. Most of the people doing these races don't care about their stats. They are there for the experience and the character pics

You can be a sly, manipulative scammer and also be ignorant and lazy. That's Mikey imo: narcissistic to the point where he thinks he knows it all, but ignorant about oh so many things and too lazy to educate himself. And he clearly thinks his audience is too dumb to see that he doesn't know what he's talking about quite often.

He has such an elevated opinion of himself that he never seems to expect his lies and sloppy ways to be noticed. And when they inevitably are, omg the butthurt!
