Mels is out to the shops on a Sunday to pick up a few bits.
What an idiot. We're lucky enough that we have access to a car and ample fridge/freezer space. We stock up for two weeks and make do with what we have, especially on the second week. We plan ahead so we don't need to go to the shops more than is absolutely necessary to protect the more vulnerable.

Urgh she grinds me so much like she's so desperate to self diagnose all this tit and she has all these conditions but God forbidden disabled people have pre peeled fruit I have athritis and like i can understand why people would find that useful
Also I don't even know what I want from the shop until I go tough tit get a few basics and that, will do I have a PT and obv have a meal plan but I'm high risk so my dad has to go out and get shopping for me which I really appreciate but sometimes he doesn't get the right stuff but I'm not putting my health at risk because I didnt get the exact food shop I needed and I'm also not an ungrateful rat unlike her who would, probably stamp her feet because she can't get her organic Gluten free diary free taste free shite

My hot take on the therapy session was that she got loaded drunk had a row with Thomas based on her extreme jealousy and she tried to play it off as " I've been hurt in the past" " I have trust issues " and this drunken behaviour happened a few too many times so the stipulation before the wedding from Thomas was to get therapy. If you look back at her Spanish vlogs when she's drunk she behaves erratic- referring to the specific vlog where she calls Michael Collins " Michael Connelly " you can sense by Thomas's tone he's quite mad at her. She playfully slaps his friend although it looks quite aggressive. She comes across in a verrry bad light. Forgive me I can't remember what the vlog was titled.

On her Facebook she wrote a big ranty post a few years ago about how a friend stole a guy off her and how she was " in love with him" she made a lot of references to Jack howard after they ended. Kinda creepy. And who can forget when she made a GG account to ship herself with him.
