It's hilarious how now Milo(Melanie) has disappeared. She has a new fake account called Emma Duffy. So sad.

On reflection I think she might be using it as an excuse not to buy bigger clothes so she has an incentive to “bounce back” (whatever the duck that means) once she’s had the baby. My mam when she was struggling with her body image would never buy bigger clothes because if she got comfy in them and liked them because she’d end up filling them out instead of having the incentive of losing weight (that she didn’t need to lose in the first place). I think it might be a similar scenario here just to an extreme level.

I think she's just trying to show off.

I'm still confused as to why they're not renting?? Saving to buy a house is one thing, but they're having a baby! Surely they want a space that's just theirs. Especially for the first year of their kids life. He works from the airport, she can work anywhere, they have a car. It makes no sense to stay where they are.
I think he is paying a student debt and have no money for renting

shes already renting with her dad,
and she wants to buy a 4 bedroom and only the best will do. 😬

he must have some debt considering he went back to uni as a mature student? I’m not sure what he’s fees would have been though.

I don’t begrudge her wanting a nice 4 bedroom home. I do think she’s unrealistic in her location/refusal to live anywhere else. She’ll be pissing money into a deposit/mortage that she could get so much cheaper if she left the area.

To train to be a pilot here in Ireland, I think the first year or the first couple is upwards of 75,000 Euros. So, debt is an understatement. He will be paying that off for years.

Their was a show on RTE here in Ireland where a young man was living with his parents or grandparents and working around the clock so he could just apply to do this training for a pilot. It is something you need to realize is going to put you in severe debt for many years. Thomas only finished his training recently and the Pandemic has literally halted his work, but his debt is still there and the government won't pay that, so Thomas is in deep tit debt. Melanie talks the talk, but we all know her finances have gone way down, and after getting a car (probably on finance by the month or something). So many married couples I've seen work around the clock and pay by the week for all their furniture, rent, car monthly payments to have a new car so their seen as doing well, rather than buying a cheap second hand car.

Melanie is one of those Irish women who will not be seen as living like she's on the bread line or even just struggling a bit. Heaven forbid she was claiming dole money, that is simply beneath her. Youtube isn't going to last long for a mother in her 30's, it's a fleeting business, 5 years is the maximum popularity, and then it starts to go down rapidly after that, unless you're lucky which is rare on Youtube.

Wait until the baby comes, Melanie will be made shockingly aware of how much raising a child will be soon enough.

Up to 100,000 actually to become a pilot at the moment. As a mature student I'm sure it's around that as I've heard around that figure before...esoecially as he went with the more expensive training to get into aer Lingus. Some companies value the training from certain locations better and send their own sponsored pilots to train there. Aer Lingus actually cover training for a small amount of people every few years as long as they work so many years for the company. Many apply.. Few get it.

I know he did it through IT Carlow so I said I’d check their website to see how much it costs. Ah lads, they get in bleeping everywhere.

Total course cost is € 9,900. Where are people getting crazy money from??

Not a hope.. Look up the flight school cost alone. That's separate, the degree is optional. In total, it is about 100,000e as you've to pay for license etc.

figured there had to be something else. That’s bleeping crazy money. Unless he got into Aer Lingus Future Pilot Programme. That’s extremely difficult but it’s all expenses paid, once you work for them for X amount of years afterwards.

Bear in mind that's 2015.

yeah I read that and I’d fully believe it. If I didn’t have a scholarship going into medical school I’d have been 50k minimum in debt (Thank you single mam 😂). That was 8 years ago and they’ve gone up since! Course prices can be fucked.

but if he got into the aer lingus programme they’d cover all his training, he’d just have to work for them for x amount of years.

As I said though, the chances of that are fairly slim. Only a few places every few years.

oh it’s all she does, scroll down her feed. It’s full of Lycra and static...
mentions of shaving you fanny, sex and you know, being bi like melly 😬
she’s a Mini Mel.
Herself and Melanie both claim to have vaginismus, yet talk about how much they love sex and jessie b promotes dildos on her channel and talks about how much she loves them which is a complete contradiction. Really annoys me as they 100% don’t have that condition

he didn’t, remember he applied for his “dream job with his dream airline” after he graduated, and she made a big deal about him getting it when he found out he had. Saying he’d wanted to work for them since he was a kid 😏

everyone needs to be more sustainable, but also.... 24 leggings a year anyone?? Shipped to the U.K. then to your country 😐

I don’t understand how they are or can afford to save to buy a house as she says if he’s in that much debt 🙈🙈 unless their getting help from family and no harm but it’s a silly idea bringing a baby into that if it’s true
