yeh Bob last year! I was embarrassed for him. In the outside ‘real’ world one would hope these dudes would have a pal to ground them. In this show though ugh! I would totally take PJay and George out on the lash and binge drink some sense into them. Wonky Lips and MissGB are not all that!
 
Not sure if this has all been mentioned before as I've only just stumbled across this thread, so apologies if you've already discussed this, but.... APRIL, OMG. First she kisses a girl in the hot tub - on her honeymoon no less, then she gaslights George into believing that he is overreacting when he is upset. If he's upset, then you apologise and promise it won't happen again, not try to make out it was no big deal, it was just a peck, it was for a dare, most men would find it a turn on, blah, blah, blah, "why is everyone making me out to be the bad guy" etc. If it was for a dare, or to try and turn him on, why did she do it while he wasn't there, he'd gone up to the bar?? If it was a dare she'd surely have said to him, for my dare I'm going to kiss that girl over there, then if he was uncomfortable he could have said so. If it was to turn him on then shouldn't he be there to watch???
Then, knowing he is afraid of heights she tried to make him open the door to the balcony and presumebly step out onto it if the door had opened, and then after he made it very clear he was afraid of heights, she took him walking across that great big bridge and had him absailing down, the poor guy looked like he was going to have a heart attack. I'm all for pushing yourself out of your comfort zone but he was clearly very afraid of heights and that was just way too extreme, in my opinion. I don't think she actually said it, but I got the feeling that she was very much, oh just man up towards him. He seemed to feel pressured into doing it (maybe it was the production team, not her). Afterwards he seemed to be, yeah I've proved myself to her now. He really seems to feel that he is not good enough for her and has to go out of her way to please her.
Then the whole gossiping in the toilet with Thomas. Now we haven't heard her side of things, but I'm inclined to believe Thomas I think. April just strikes me as a mean girl, and a tit stirrer. It'll be interesting to hear her side, no doubt she'll twist it all around, so she is the victim, "how could you accuse me of that, how could you believe I'd say that, I've done nothing wrong, why am I being made to look like the bad guy", etc, etc. Sorry if this is a repeat of what has been already said, just finished watching the latest episode on catch up, needed a rant, and knew this thread would be the place.

i couldn’t even look at bob at the end, i felt too awkward 🤣 like bob, she has actively kissed another man and sits there every week saying she isn’t into you romantically. and he still kept writing “stay” like an absolute wet rag.

pjay and george aren’t that level yet but pjay is getting there. i don’t like jess but she has been pretty honest with him on how she sees him and what their relationship is to her. and he’s like 😍 she’s perfect 😍 she’s everything 😍 urgh.

There's a lot of the things the women are doing to the men that wouldn't be tolerated were it the other way around. Making a woman carry out an activity she clearly was frightened of would have been stopped or frowned upon at the dinner party, constantly hounding their partner for sex when they don't want it would have a flurry of 'chuck them off the show' comments - very double standards and as a woman I'm embarrassed at the bunch of fake, chavvy ladies they've chosen this year, not one of them is classy or looks like they're there to find love, more to show off their plastic surgery and gain Insta likes.

Every year not one of the experts match people correctly, one has kids, the other doesn't want or like children, one wants to move to a different country, the other has elderly relatives and wants to stay near to them, they like slim, tall, bearded blokes with nice teeth, they're landed with a bald headed midget who looks like he's been on meth for a month. How these supposed experts sit there acting like they created the love story of a life-time is beyond me just because a couple walk into the room at the same time, certainly not what I call romance - but it makes good telly for us lot!

Did anyone see Aprils story like yesterday that said the production set up that challenge for her and George and she had no say in it? I can imagine MAFS is just as manipulated by producers the same as Love Island etc. I don’t like April but I can believe it. Hardly ‘yes week’ if the producers picked what they did. I also reckon the producers keep asking Zoe and Jenna about the vegan thing because that’s all they have to argue about.
These shows are always staged to cause drama. Off topic but Chloe Brockett did a podcast a few weeks ago about TOWIE and was saying how producers will antagonise them and say ‘did you hear what this person said about you?’ Or will be like ‘I wouldn’t put up with that, go and say something to her’ I bet MAFS is the exact same. The ‘experts’ are merely covers as the producers probably control and decide everything. Even down to someone staying or leaving, the producers probably make that decision for the couples. I do think 2 couples leave tonight hence why there is 2 new couples and I think it will be Kwame/Kasia and Pjay/Jess!
 
The ixperts are about as qualified in match making as I am in carpentry. They are there for show, no substance at all. I do like them though 😆

Jess is ugly, inside and out. She was initially attracted to Pjay until she found out what job he did. Shallow witch - lookafter yourself it’s 2022!!

The show was edited so poorly last night, they were making out like Zoe is a bit of a bully but I think Jenna is very dismissive of Zoes feelings. They’re not well matched at all.

Adrian is such a beautiful soul, he will be good for Thomas, even if they don’t stay together as a friend I think he could be really grounding for him. Thomas clearly has a lot of trauma and he’s always on the defence I really hope he can start to reign that in. I did laugh when George had a word with him, it was like he was telling off one of his children 😆😆

Kasia aka bad boss witch 🤮🤮 is unhinged, the man doesn’t fancy you. Just deal with it.
 
Finally, I have 5 mins to belatedly catch up on the thread. This is the best part of MAFS as far as I'm concerned.
My only real input is Kasia's bum rip is the moment of the season. That woman has no shame. I feel like if Kwame acted like her they'd be outrage.

I'm struggling to find any of them likeable, apart from maybe Adrian .

Jess is a mess.

Richie gives me major heebie jeebies. He looks like an ex of mine so it's double cringe. His constant handiness is a massive turn off. He's always hanging off her, makes me ick.

PJay proper went on a Wonky Lips Worship speech saying how amazing she is and if she falls he will be there to pick her up. Meh! And George defending April who treats him like crap. Are they that desperate to appear ‘nice’ and stay in the sham? Meh!
 
Am I the only one who doesn't love Zoe? I get that most vegans are a pain in the arse (Jenna being no exception) but she seems borderline obsessed with it. Just cook separate dinners and stfu. She says Jenna won't compromise but how exactly does a vegan do that? Eat one stick of pepperami a week? 😂🥴

I reckon April and Thomas were both slagging Chanita. Proper bitchy vibes from the pair of them. And now they're blaming each other because they've been caught out. Absolutely embarrassing behaviour. I'm the same age as them and haven't behaved like that since school.

Kasia and Kwame are a hot mess but they are making this season for me so far. 😂

Also, I don't like the way Duka dresses but I would still climb him like a tree.

I think both Jenna and Zoe make it too much of a problem for themselves. I'm a meat eater myself but tbh I'd be annoyed at Zoe taking one bite of the vegan burger and then dramatically going on about how disgusting it was (at the time and then bringing it up at the dinner party). Imo she could've gone about it in a nicer way and just said she's not a fan of it.

Who do we all have bets on having this affair that’s ment to happen then? It’s either Kasia or april with one of the new husbands I think one is a fake and completely sly a total narcissist and the other is a beautiful woman who is way too easy and a bit of a sex pest could go either way! Must say not finding many of them likeable this year they all seem totally in it for the fame and it’s just draining to watch I hope we get some fun amongst all the drama or it’s just a waste!

Also not being funny but the new woman in the intruder couples are actually attractive and the men they’ve been paired with… well quite frankly aren’t what is with those face tattoos on that man?

I don’t know why but going off the editing last night I had a feeling it was foreshadowing Lara and George but I could be totally off the mark.
 
I'm reading "signals" between George and Lara. She definitely likes him and would probably dump Richie in a heartbeat. I doubt it hasn't gone unnoticed by the group either that April does not give a duck about her "marriage" so George is possibly seen as fair game and Lara has already marked her territory.

Yes there was a noticeably long hug between them when they sat next to each other and George said he was glad she came. No need for them in the edit unless it’s setting them up for the future.

Wonder how Ritchie will feel though as he’s always hanging around George and will no doubt mention the bro code
 
Thomas must be a nightmare to live with at times (but I love him - the drama!) He's obviously an outspoken sort of person but also seems to be genuine, so I don't think he'd lie re the gossiping ... but he did seem a bit shifty when Chanita appeared last night. If I was in his shoes I'd have immediately taken her aside and explained my side of the story.

Considering some of the eejits on there atm, I can't for the life of me think why anyone would be gossiping about Chanita anyway - she seems to be one of the more down-to-earth, likeable people on this series.
