I think the reason they have done this is that they know they have put in some relationships that will not last the full filming process, that they are doomed to fail from the start, so the producers are aware (and indeed plan) for new people to fill the gaps left by the ones that won’t last the difference, they know full well that there won’t be 12 couples at the final commitment ceremony.

As for the whole Ella debate, she pisses me off sitting there with her fake tits hanging out claiming to know what it feels to be a woman, no love you don’t, cos if you did you would have grown up with crappy attention from predator men as your body develops and you would not expose yourself like that because you would be frightened about what reaction you would provoke and even worried about being attacked

I wouldn’t necessarily call myself a TERF, but I really couldn’t give a flying fanny if someone else does.
Nobody is misgendering Ella. Ella is male, ergo I will refer to Ella as he. Misgendering Ella would be to go along with the pretence that Ella is a woman. He isn’t.

Ella dresses and acts like he does to attract the male gaze and is obsessed with having sex and being a sex object as it validates his belief that he is a woman. If any of the men in the group had flirted or shown any interest he would have responded favourably to them.

Oh, you mean that time way back when it wasn't a hate crime to say women don't have penises? What a terrible time to live in that was.

& it is relevant to the thread because of Ella's frankly insulting appropriation of womanhood.

You're comment is so spot on. Ella unknowenly has a psychological freedom to act and dress the way they do because they haven't been condition by society in the way we have. Ella wants the attention that most of us try and hide from. Ella wants to be objectified because they have never really experienced it like a girl has. It's very fetishised womenhood.

Looking at Thomas on his SM now, he doesn’t seem to be that nice a guy if I am honest. I think how he spoke to Arfur was horrid, Thomas does actually agree but blames it on being drunk.

I don’t think him and Rozz are together tho they are proclaiming how amazing each of them are to all their followers.

I feel too meanwhile that Erica is big headed. Her reel does say girls dislike her cuz she is gorgeous. She is pretty but as we wise Tatters know, longevity isn’t guaranteed by looks alone. Same for Ella on her quest for (fake) beauty, the personality and core values lack.

Shona is milking her MAFS departure on her SM. She has to take some responsibility for her behaviour on MAFS IMO.

I only kinda like GeorgeS who takes the piss out of himself and Nathanial who is plodding on. Luke is looking for freebies on his SM. Jay and Trasha are partying together a lot. Rozz is promoting her florist business. Thomas works out. Bianca poses a lot. Ella pouts and has even bigger lips which don’t close. Arfur plays tennis.

As someone who has been in an abusive relationship it is extremely easy to get sucked in and to believe someone when they are sorry afterwards especially once you have been isolated from other friends and family. Depending on the type of abuse from my experience it was far safer not to argue back.

I am projecting a lot but your comment comes across as in the same vein as the helpful family member who on hearing that my ex had hit me said 'well I find you annoying so I could quite see why he'd want to.'
