I have OCD with a diagnosis in my forties. It’s shit, honestly, and I really feel for Jordan. He shouldn’t really be on the show. It makes you very fragile and vulnerable, and the constant obsessing over something or someone or whatever it was that has triggered the obsessive thoughts is very hard to deal with. It’s like a physical feeling and very uncomfortable.

You can tell by the way he was triggered when he was saying “I know myself, why would you think you know me better” that he’s done a lot of work on himself and had a lot of help with strategies for it. Good for him for having the strength to say what he doesn’t want to do.

I suppose that works in reverse too. I've never washed chicken, nor my parents, grand parents etc so I think it's disgusting to wash it lol. It's just down to how you've been taught
