Yes!!! I have two good friends with severe OCD (now under control with medication) and it's nothing to do with neat and tidyness or flicking light switches on and off 7 times or whatever. It's about horrific intrusive thoughts and convincing themselves they've done something when they actually havent. It really affected both my friends lives for a long time and I hate when people are like "tee hee I put my shoes on a certain way"
