Wants a ready made husband, provider and a dad for her kid.

Her wanting him to move in within 3 months is way too soon for her daughter. It's not right for children to constantly have new people moving in.

Probably my views are a bit conservative but if you've got kids involved you shouldn't be moving partners in until you know it's very serious. I'm talking it should be several years, but then I don't think kids should be introduced to partners until things are stable and serious either. A lot longer than you would take to introduce to parents. Kids should be the last to meet your partner.
