I think he has munchausens tbh. Talks about nothing but having autism for attention, being an alcoholic for attention, having poor mental health for attention (and all the pictures from his suicide attempt/laparoscopy), needing glasses for attention (glasses never to be seen again), and shows people his toe regularly/posts pictures of its deterioration - someone (Tom? Adele?) said he was fastidious about hygiene when they knew him so why would he have an open wound out to the open at all times? I know, I know he can’t wear a sock 🥱🙄
If that’s the case the toe getting worse and possibly requiring surgery will be exactly what he wants, however due to his size his organs will already be under massive strain and I’d be seriously concerned about his body’s ability to overcome sepsis 🤷🏻‍♀️

ETA:when he reads this I realise I’ve probably just given him that idea and he will be in his deedee and gypsy rose Blanchard era 🤦🏻‍♀️
 
They really are a gang of oddballs 🤔 I don't get their logic at all? they have gone from putting posters up to not serve him booze as he is an alcoholic to going out with him and enabling him to drink 😶 I actually think they despise him and just put up with him to 'keep the peace' as we have all seen what a nasty piece of work he really is 😡 His mum rather then buying him a spa break (questionable she did) so he could make a total dick of himself on social media as per should have took him to A&E and got it sorted out 🤔 because that is what Mother's who love their kids would do 🤗 Sid if you are reading here love put that cock and them flowers down and sort it beaut 🤣🤣
