I can see him loosing that toe in the coming weeks if it’s ignored any longer, which no doubt it will be. If it’s the colour it’s already completely hypoxic. I actually feel a tiny bit bad because it’s his sheer lack of intelligence that’s done this, along with his own family not giving a duck

Disagree, he may not have the direct intelligence but plenty of people have told him how serious it can get and that it needs looking at. In his own words he'd rather lose the toe than have it fixed
