i had to read it few times myself???? no idea? he must not have eaten :eek: so there was no takers on handing him breakfast today (he doesn’t like to use the communal kitchen :LOL:) and it looks like nobody wanted to babysit him today either! His sister got stuck with babysitting yesterday:rolleyes:
 
With the wish list , it’s automatically removed when someone buys it for you .

people can also opt to buy it elsewhere which means it will also come off the list so no one else can buy them . Amazon does not require proof that you are buying it else where before they remove it btw

once you’ve added a desired item from someone’s list , you can then add whatever you want , such as peas , before removing the desired Item before checkout.

I’m obviously not suggesting anyone does this , but it was one of the huge problems when he did his gifting group over lockdown. Not only did his list get trolled but there were some of his “ besties” going round clearing other peoples lists to make them think they were being gifted, to encourage them to gift back. Once the person had been gifted back, they would either block the person or call them a liar when they complained they hadn’t received anything .

i gifted a few small things through it with no expectation of getting anything back .

A friend of mine who has learning difficulties and autism , ended up “gifting” loads with the expectation that he was in a gifting exchange, and got nothing back apart from abuse. Once some people saw he was gifting more expensive items and was a vulnerable person, he was targeted via messenger to try get him to gift more and to gift certain people ( usually the group admins )

I don’t know if Marcus even got the MacBook someone claimed to have gifted him but as will all Marcus’s endeavours, he closed the group when people started criticising him and asking him to take responsibility for what was being done in his name
