Her decision to no longer approve critical posts or comments in the group was not very smart. Now she’s just made everyone flock to Apple Podcasts to write reviews that anyone can read, she should have allowed the conversation in her private Facebook group echo chamber. She has just damaged her brand in a much more public way. No way she is gonna attract new listeners now.

Christ, today’s episode hit new lows. I had a month off and ventured back in due to Jessie not being on the pod today and I cannot believe how dumb they all sound - including Em Vernem. Statements like “I don’t even know who the UK Prime Minister is” and “who are the conservatives”. This coming from a woman that had an entire podcast dedicated to US politics. And Em Vernem “I only get my news from TikTok”. Is this the feminist organisation that Mia dreamt of? They are a females news organisation and they don’t know the very basics about UK politics? It’s just absolute junk. I’m not saying they need to know detailed information about other country’s politics but I know Mia knows who the f****** UK PM is. Are they playing up to all the dumb women of Australia - is that the new frontier? Sorry for the rant but it’s a joke. I’m back to not listening after leaving it at 10mins today.

I actually think they are. The women that are posting in the group and writing reviews saying they “don’t want to hear about Gaza” are their new target market.
Educated, progressive women don’t think it’s cute to be clueless about world politics.
