Maisie Crompton #4 splashed out on a trip for Elsie to eat crisps, Charlie fell on his bum now I'm a solo mum

I’m actually dying that she said “why have we not already got a house” and how she felt behind. You haven’t got a house yet cos you’ve been pissing money up all the wall and going on extended holidays for stupid amounts of money!

I do think it’s quite sad how she feels behind because they haven’t bought yet when they’re only 22! She said herself most her friends are still at uni and living at home etc so that outside pressure she feels is only coming from social media and trying to keep up with everyone else!

Insta huns are always chasing the next thing. Maisie should be happy she barely works, has a nice car, has a roof over her head with her little family and they can swan off on holiday as and when. Whilst I'm at it, they all want their 🌟FOREVER HOME🌟 ASAP, no sensible mortage/house and work their way up the ladder when they need bigger. Straight away they want the 4 bed detached house 🙄

I found her because of her totebag business (rather than her mummy blogger stuff) and tbh if she kept what she was doing up rather than going down the cheap drop shipping stuff and being a full time yummy mummy she would actually have a house by now. I wonder what she did with her two big sewing machines wouldn’t mind one tbf I lost the tote bag I got with my name on from her 🤣

Wtf is the skinny jeans outfit. The blazer and high boots makes it look like she’s about to compete in dressage at the olympics. Also the house thing , 100k over our budget …. be for real Maisie , they are no way able to afford a house with more than 4 bedrooms. who is approving her mortgage i need to know cause their spending is insane 🫣

It's tit like this that draws attention to how young and immature she really is. She hasn't got a clue what getting a mortgage or owning a house is really like, and how much it can cost. All she's thinking about is swanning around in a fancy house.

Also, she can't even keep their current place clean and tidy, how does she expect to manage a big house?

Also more than four bedrooms is a really weird way of saying it 😂

I don’t think she realises just how much 100k over budget is.
My first house in 2020 was £100k, granted it was in Hull so I got a lot for my money lol…however I was on around £22k per year…my WHOLE salary only got me that house.
Adding 100k onto your budget isn’t something you can do Willy bleeping nilly. So immature and desperate to have that “I’ve got my life together” look, when it’s SO far from the truth.

It's damaging her being friends the the likes of Olivia, Caroline and that Katie, all of who are older, married and have (or in Caroline's case, had) their own house.
Maisie clearly feels she needs to keep up appearences and its sad
Live your own life hun 😂
Im happy in my 2 bed flat i own knowing my mortgage is £400 a month and its manageable to clean than be in loads of debt in a big house just to show off to people online

On a nice note I do think it's quite sweet how Charlie comments on her outfits. I don't like the outfits but he really is her cheerleader.

On a more tattle note, I can't get my head around the mortgage thing at all. Has she had an AIP? Do they actually know how much they can borrow? Our AIP was £220k with a combined income of £70k, in long term secure employment with no dependants. We had hoped for more as we live in the south east but we luckily found our home for £230k. We're going back a few years now and I know now that interest rates are tit, house prices have gone up and the cost of living just generally makes home ownership expensive.

For Elsie's sake I hope they've actually thought it through properly and not just living some fantasy about an unnecessary house that they won't be able to afford long term.

Am sorry but what the actual heck is this outfit lol
