I think they both looked amazing, super fun and very on brand for them as someone who genuinely enjoys listening to nearlyweds. They're having the big wedding in Spain so obviously wanted to do something fun in London, I don't see a problem with that, I liked the sunnies and would probably do something similar lol
The dress wasn't my vibe but I think Sophie looked stunning

Sophie did mention on the podcast she's working with a PT to gain some muscle so wonder if she will keep that up post wedding, I think she is slim with no muscle which makes her look a bit frail

I can't remember exactly, but I do vividly remember thinking "wtaf, that's fucked up and wrong". I might have a scan back through these threads because it's going to annoy me now lol. She is naturally skinny but she also used to carry a bit more natural "normal, healthy" fat on her stomach and legs (in old holiday pics, as per the attached). Her face also looks gaunt compared to the older series. If she and the other girls want to live that way, fine and each to heir own, but they shouldn't be plastering it all over their social media, like it's something to be proud of. Plus promoting ridiculous weight loss products, like that butt-firming tool Sophie apparently used in the run-up to her wedding (which someone mentioned here a few days ago).

I agree - and it's good to see newer female members of the cast with a more healthy body image (e.g. Yaz and Inga)

It was a couple of months ago when someone mentioned it on here. Alas, I don't have a dolphin-like memory on the specifics. I could always listen to her podcast, but I value my brain cells too much.

They look fake to me, but she may have had them before she joined the show. Emily's and Ruby's boob jobs are a lot more obvious because they had them done "during" the show.

That must have been it. Gherkins are a well-known "safe food" for people with anorexia (low calorie and filling) to stave off their appetite, which is why it sounded dodgy/my brain made that link.

Oh are Emily’s fake? I always thought they looked very natural!
 
Not watched MIC in ages now but I think Sophie looked incredible - obsessed with the dress. The veil looks better in the black and white photos though. I think the whole vibe is meant to be very casual, 'got married on a whim', hence the sunglasses and effortless photographs. I love it all ngl.

I’ll need to look out for that. I remember that happened to Liv and she point blank denies getting hers done. They were both very young when they started the show but I don’t think you just grow them at 19!

They're definitely fake and she got them a few series ago.

I don't think Liv's are fake. They look natural, unlike the other girls'.
