I can’t stand her either, I have a soft spot for Jamie though and love a good wedding so very interested to see what theirs is like. And who gets invited!
 
Some brilliant comments on the DM article about Sophie's "surprise wedding announcement" (i.e. it being tomorrow). Various people have mentioned that time she alleged that Bradley Cooper chatted her up in a bar, and how he apparently wasn't even in the UK that day/month 😂Another one mentions how she "looks like an ant eater and like she's constantly smelling a fart"🤣

I like Jamie to some degree (i.e. he's got a personality, unlike most of the current MiC non-entities), but his image will forever be tainted by how much of an arrogant knob he and Spencer were at a charity event my friend did some PR for. After soliciting a big fee for their appearance, they threw a strop after the event and demanded my friend's company order them a taxi home, as if it was her problem. I do wonder how much of his funny, amiable guy schtick is a persona.

I think Paris’ hair is lovely. I used to not like natural afro hair, I guess because I never saw it much irl (I didn’t come from a very diverse area!) and it wasn’t around in media much growing up. Black celebrities all wore weaves - and I didn’t realise they were weaves! I thought Beyoncé’s hair was naturally that long and straight..!

im learning to appreciate natural afro hair though - especially when a friend of mine had a weave taken out and felt super self conscious about her hair. It’s awful to think that a whole section of society have been conditioned to think their hair isn’t pretty or good enough.

so yeh, I like Paris’ hair and even if I thought it looked awful, I’d probably refrain from commenting on it whereas if Maevas looked awful, I’d feel a little more comfortable with that. Because Maeva‘a hair type hasn’t been treated as undesirable or underrepresented.

tbh I think it’s completely feasible that a stylist wouldn’t know how to do black hair or have black make up etc. the lack of diversity for black actresses/models has been spoken about at length. The lack of diversity in makeup has been discussed at length.

I remember a clip went viral not so long ago - a fairly well known (American) black actress, Kat Graham, got emotional because a MUA on set had foundation and makeup for her colouring.

so yeh, if move/tv sets don’t routinely have diversity in their MU or stylings then I don’t think it’s crazy to suggest MIC wouldn’t either - it’s not like they have a diverse cast exactly.

some really great and sensitivly put points here.
recently saw on the news how two of its presenters were told not to have their afro,or had to have it "tidied" up. how one woman was the first black presenter of the news on the channel! its bleeping bizarre when we loook at this tit.
and how they didnt have tights. or bras or concealer bronzer etc for them. or even hair dye. its then you start to really understand.#,or should i say be confronted with just half of the tit they put up with or go through.

ugh also just watching habbs get a toner machine on her butt cheeks becasue she doesnt want to have to do sqauts and can have a pert bootie for her wedding. ffks.real world people.cost of living people. duck you all that group say literally every day.
the amount they spend.
i watch a few of them online.always out.(ok most gifted) always new stuff. or doing something most people could never fathom never mind at the moment.
and the stuff they get gfited is just getting worse!
i wonder how much of their wedding is gifted.
how much they will show.
or what mag has paid them for the exclusive!

Urgh, she is beyond revolting. How disgustingly irresponsible for her to promote trash like that (from both a cost of living and unhealthy body image perspective). As far as I can see, she has a very restrictive eating regime/eating disorder, and is now endorsing some ridiculous fitness product, which will no doubt be lapped up by followers of hers who are impressionable and have body image issues. All for the sake of making a quick few quid. I wish she and her dumb boiled egg head would stop and THINK before endorsing a product/lifestyle and the potential ramifications it might have for her followers. It's the same as Ruby, Melissa and Emily - they love flaunting their emaciated bodies all over Instagram, like it's some huge badge of honour.

I think she looks great, but Jamie’s ridiculous bleach blonde hair is just awful 🤦‍♀️

and I agree the sunglasses look silly- just trying to be edgy no doubt 🙄
