Digby was not alpha enough for her. She prefers Tristan because he’s more controlling. She once said in MIC scene to someone else that she was pissed Digby didn’t tell her to cover her tits when she was going out one night. She said something like come on he won’t even tell me off. He was too nice to her. Now she jokes with him about being too nice, in random scenes and she needs to protect him etc.
 
I think Tristan and Rez are bad news, its obvious Tristan is somehow guilty in this whole 8 month relationship think and he's so strongly vouching for Rez so that hopefully it all blows over and nothing will then come out about him. This season is actually boring me so much, i'm sick of seeing Maeva shouting her head off at every opportunity and the whole Ruby/Rez situation is so old.

I do agree but, I think they were kind of right person wrong time in some ways. Maybe as Liv gets older she will appreciate someone who offers a bit more of a slow burn like Digby rather than Tristan which I view as just being this dramatic and immature relationship.

I don’t think Tristan is right for her at all but I just don’t like him much tbf. He can go back to Verity (whom I detest).
 
This series is really bad. Even though the stories are manipulated by the producers, I think it’s irresponsible of all concerned to involve a pregnant woman in stressful scenes, all for money. I can’t stand James or Maeva but their baby must feel the stress from both of them. It’s only a tv show.

She should be removing herself from it really she doesn’t have to be there. I’m sure James has enough money she doesn’t need to be there for any money reasons

Yeah, or maybe she could stop being such a massive hole to everyone for no reason and then there would be no drama. It’s not endearing or funny or even entertaining anymore it’s just embarrassing and boring.
 
I haven’t bothered watching it for ages. I missed the summer ones. Last series I watched was J&M getting engaged. Just seemed like a whole waste of time M crying she wanted to get engaged J saying no then popping the question anyway 🤔. I’m bored of miles swooping in on the single girl. Bored of liv & Tristan thinking they’re it when they break up every series. Same for ruby & riz. There’s no one good in it now 😴

Also James has matured a lot over the past few years because of his family giving him a bigger role in the company after graduating. Remember he was just studying when he was a playboy on the show. His family probably told him to pull up is bootstraps and since Maeva is pregnant, reality hit and he has to be an adult while the rest of these idiots on MIC are playing in the school yard.

Also he probably has real friends from his social circle and business he talks with everyday to go to his stag and wedding.

I agree, a few series back he was talking about taking a bigger role in his parents company and giving her the Iife she deserves.

I don't think it's so much she whipped him. I think daddy said, sort it out, settle down and show me youre mature and I'll give you a big money job.

He's the one with the money not her. I don't think she has as much power in the relationship as the show makes you think.

Maeva is a classic trophy wife. Pros? Easy life, easy to settle into an old fashioned wifely role with hubby being protector and provider. Cons? Value inherently attached to how attractive you are, power imbalance and very little leverage

Yep look how quickly the James cheating was brushed over. Same with habbs and Jamie.

You want to climb the social ladder and marry a rich boy, you play by his rules. Keep you're blinkers on ladies.
