I think that the way that she speaks is very abrupt, seems very opinionated and this all comes across as very rude.

For example a few episodes ago when she video called her dad after proposing to James, her dad immediately said something like "Maeva I think that was a stupid thing to do. Come on. Be sensible" (something along those lines?) Even though she was hurting and her ego was shot, he just said exactly what was in his head without a filter or tiptoeing around her feelings.

Imagine if Emily had proposed to Harvey and he said no, Emily was humiliated, upset, etc and Maeva said so bluntly "that was a stupid thing to do come on Emily" I'm sure there would be outrage among the girls.
Not sure it's a good example as obviously a conversation between parents isn't exactly like a conversation between friends but I think in French culture you would just say it anyway?

Not sure if you've seen Emily in Paris and she arrives and the Parisians are "mean", it's a cliche but honestly there is some realistic writing in there I think šŸ˜‚

I agree, if an English girl is annoyed she'll just slag you off behind your back and be nice to your face whole avoiding you.

Mavea would have a go at you, tell her you've upset her, expect an apology and then move on as friends.

Tbh I think I prefer Maveas way but the MIC girls don't like being called up on their crappy behaviour. They'd rather just all be fake with each other.

Never thought Iā€™d say this but I agree with Tristan and riz for once. Actually canā€™t stand James! Feel heā€™s so bad for Maeva and she shouldnā€™t be this sad. Why has he had a ring for 3 months. I call bullshit. You donā€™t wait to propose to someone for 3 months ?!

have ruby and rez broke up then? Based on the preview for the next episode, and what was the issue with her following a footballer? She's no angel but I do think she is wasting her life with Rez

I really wish theyā€™d lay off the fillers. Ingaā€™s cheekbones look ridiculous from the side.

Also Julian (lol) saying that would be ā€œnon-objectiveā€ during the life coach session. Isnā€™t that the opposite of what youā€™d want from a life coach? Youā€™d want them to be objective and not be biased based on their own personal opinions? I give up šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
