I’m weeks behind and am currently only on episode 6. I don’t get why no one understands Inga and Sam. They’re all acting like him and Yas have been together for years and Inga is the interloper and not the other way around! It’s bizarre!

Sammy T is ofc hella annoying, I mean the guy (not boy, he is 30 & some despite his behaviour) is excruciating but I always thought Jamie was such a little witch git to him all the time. I’m in no way on rubys side on this but Yas saying that she’s not going to be made to feel guilty by ruby for telling the truth after her behaviour in Corsica and subsequently to Inga… she just needs to shut her mouth. She only has a burning desire to “tell the truth” when it suits her and puts someone else in the firing line. All of a sudden she’s back with Sam and has become the judge & jury for honesty but what about when you were sneaking around with two peoples ex boyfriends. Go away. Whichever producer cast this girl, it will never be well with you.

I used to find Yas refreshing can you believe it as she seemed kind of authentic, but her people pleasing has led her down this path of being two faced and having to lie to avoid conflict and it’s just getting old. It’s not a cute look, grow some vertebra. Her wealth must be the attraction for prince, he won’t stick around with her after she’s enabled him to treat her so very badly. He just seems damaged I don’t think he will ever in his entire life manage a stable, equal, committed relationship. He’s not 16.
likewise used to find Tristan one of the least annoying men on the show but I think he’s become less mature as the others have started learning. Find it so funny how Hugo and Millie have ended up with each other from all that time ago!

I know Digby had a hair transplant, but at least he pulled it off with some level of humility. I actually felt bad for the guy. By contrast, Onion Head just reaches new levels of Partridge. I think the video about exes moving on too quickly has sparked some form of quarter-life crisis

I remember when we all used to rip Temps a new one (including myself) … I actually find him the most sensible and normal person out of everyone on this ridiculous show now and proper rooting for him in life

Yaz and Prince are both stinking narcissists. That's what keeps them together. The complete lack of remorse and accountability on both parts is beyond staggering. She's embarrassing for taking him back 3+ times (judging by the Oz preview). Both a horrible, damaged pair of individuals. They did Inga a favour.
I'm intrigued by the fact Yaz has her mother's surname. I'm wondering if there are daddy issues there, or if they wanted to avoid her to having a Muslim surname

Her dads surname is arabic and is actually beautiful it means "my love/my dear"
It may be a case of her parents thinking she would have more opportunities with her mums surname, the name Yasmine is arab too but still pretty accepted in the uk
Her/Sophie Habboo and Ruby are all quite quiet about their heritage and its probably for more opportunities to work with brands if they seem more "white" , and the sad reality is that working in the uk they probably do get more opportunities because of this.
Post uni I intially struggled to get a job and I have a VERY foreign sounding name (arab first and last name) and at times part of me wondered if it was due to my name so I don't really blame them for that. I love my name regardless btw.
Paris has significantly less followers than any of the other chelsea girls, she rarely gets storylines and has been on the show a lot longer than some of them, it does make you wonder how much of it is down to her skin tone
(sorry if I've worded anything distastefully here I get it can be a touchy subject and have tried to avoid offending anyone with the words i chose)

Not offensive at all! Is good to hear a first-hand insight. I always wondered why Ruby in particular has always been so quiet about her heritage. It's mental that we live in a world where race/heritage is deemed to be in any way relevant, especially in London.
I feel for Paris and the racist comments she endured from trolls, plus E4's complete inaction over it, compared to how much they've pandered to Yaz. Tbf I think Paris' having less followers than the others adds to her likeability. Emily has something crazy like 200+k followers, which blows my mind. She's so irritating and not a remotely likeable person.
I've wondered about Yaz's relationship with her dad as she's never posted anything about him, or mentioned him, but always posts photos and stories with her mum. I assumed they were probably divorced.

I’ve always felt with Paris and the subtle racism she has experienced. I did notice none of the other girls followed her on social media, plus normally when a new girl arrives she’s quickly claimed as a bestie and integrated into the group - take Yas for example. Similarly, every time a new girl has been on the show, all the guys are quick to date her. I don’t think anyone dated Paris (other than Angus if you remember that). It’s really awful. She should have way more screen time. She’s the most interesting girl for sure!

I still have no idea why Kimberly Garner is "famous" and constantly turning up at events attended by actual celebrities. She's one of the most forgettable MiC cast members and must have left the show a decade ago?!! I remember she claimed to be an avid churchgoer and virgin yet always had/has her buns hanging out of skimpy tops.
Her IG pics are also filtered beyond belief.
