This is Tattle, the platform that thrives off gossip and speculation. Several of us - including myself- have posted comments with the caveat of "alleged/speculated/this is my theory etc etc".
In essence, a lot of the gossip on here has been fuelled by Sophie's sudden and unexplained disappearance from both her podcasts (for what, over a month now?). Not a word has been said about why this is, bar some fluff about her preparing for her sister's wedding, hence why there's a flurry of speculation. This has all been further stoked by multiple different sources saying the same thing about cheating and rehab, so naturally us gossips are trying to fill in the gaps. Again, with the caveat that this is speculation. I personally think there's merit to these rumours, but hey I could be completely wrong.
As for "slutshaming", who said anything about the morality of her supposedly cheating? For all we know she could be sexually frustrated and repulsed by Jamie, and maybe wanted a release from it ahead of committing to him for the rest of her life (not entirely unrealistic as she constantly expresses how sexually repulsed she is by him in her podcasts). I could understand if that's what she did tbh, because that kind of relationship sounds like my idea of Hell. It's more the potential hypocrisy of her playing the adoring wife and presenting them as some kind of perfect couple when really that might not be the case. Also, Harvey wasn't just a passing romance; he was her boyfriend of five years who she immediately dropped once she got on the show (which Harvey has said himself).
I'll level with you, I've never been a fan of Sophie. I think she's incredibly vain, obnoxious and massively self-righteous. She's blasted other cast members for doing things she's done herself. She's proven herself to be a person of unpleasant character on the show, who uses and ditches people when it suits her. So I personally don't see the speculation as being outside of the realms of possibility. That's just MO.
