Don't really follow this thread, but sometimes watch her Insta, so sorry if this has already been covered. Noticed a while back she advertised Wyx and declared it. I assume she was paid for that specific post. But then in the days after she used Wyx loads, recommended it etc and never declared it. I know they probably only paid for the initial ad but should she have declared that she works with Wyx in the follow up posts? Other influencers like Louise Pentland and Hinch do (sometimes).

If she is going to make money from something using a swipe up link then she has to declare that it’s an affiliate link, whereby the cookies on the persons phone give her a % of whatever they buy from that site for the next 30 days. Doesn’t even need to be that item, just anything after they’ve used that link. If she is gifted something she has to declare it as gifted and again if using a link an affiliate.

I’ve just watched that story where she’s saying she went out to buy only glitter and lemons. Is she for real? 😡 Then she goes on to say the glitter is cheaper on Amazon! So why the duck didn’t she order it from there and have it delivered so she didn’t have to go out!!!😡 Unbelievable. She’s getting worse.
 
Well she clearly reads here! Pissed off so does a big shopping spree at DP. If I’m honest wiff you I think you should rethink your wardrobe your taste in fashion is so tit!! Your renovation is tit you have no class or taste. Never mind Lyns it can go on your frow it fursday piles you could make cloffs with some of it.

Yes. It’s classed as having a business relationship with that company, so she’s still supposed to declare it.

eta - if they’ve had a say in what she says in the advert ie if she uses certain phrases etc, then it’s an advert.

Also, any time she does a swipe up, even if it’s a gifted item and the link leads to Amazon, or anywhere else where she’s a member of an affiliate programme, she MUST declare an affiliate link on every page.

On the OCD Cleaners programme it always used to state that she was ‘self diagnosed’ with OCD. She orders or is gifted that CBD stuff and I think if she were on medication for anxiety her doctor would advise her not to take things like that. My doctor has told me not to touch anything like that while on prescribed anxiety medicine as mixing can be dangerous.
 
Surely I can’t be the only one that is sick of cocknose Lynsey her voice drains my energy her Face is filtered to within an inch of its life her editing skills are crap constantly rubbing in peoples faces all her #gifted stuff for free no doubt it will end up in her store cupboard (tit shed) as for paying £179 for that ugly boots you can afford it as you are always begging for you are a greedy bleep Lyns you should be ashamed of yourself.

She is a moron. I also get the impression she thinks she’s above everybody else if I’m honest wiff you. I see people are reporting her quite right to she needs taking down a peg or two. I bet she is on bragging about all her Christmas gifts shortly. Bore off Wallace. Whoever said that she looks like that deserves a medal.
 
Hi £12.00 for the pack of glitter???? poundland sells it in their diy section for goodness sake. No offence to anyone who has glitter walls or sparkly carpet but to me that's okay for a teenagers room but not anywhere else. She really has no taste. Were the boots gifted? I thought it was her daughter got them for with staff discount from where she works although I could have got her mixed up with someone else. Her constant ebegging is embarrassing.
