Because she can't be bothered, she wants the rewards of insta without having to do the work, she has been rolling out the queen of clean persona for so long she is bored of it and the trying to keep the enthusiasm of it going is exhausting, remember her early days and when she was on tv how she said she cleans for x amount of hours a day and it was good excerise for her etc and how she had to do all these cleaning rituals daily, now you never see or hear this.
