Ribs prob got bum worms caught off the dog 😂😂 and tell us you read tattle without telling us you read tattle 😂 ffs lyns are you going through the menopause you absolute grumpy witch. However companies want to work with you I’ll never know with comments like that you just look like a stuck up withered old bat!!

Also look at the tan lines!! Is she fick the amount of pigmentation on her chest you would have thought she’d cover up or get the factor 50 on it! She’s either going to get skin cancer or look like a dried up old prune 😂

She needs to stay out of the sun for the rest of her life. Not even joking.

I’m certain the derms at Skin+Me will have told her to use at least factor 50 if she has to be outdoors, but to avoid direct sun if at all possible whilst using their product. I use Dermatica, which is essentially the same service / type of product, and that’s their standard advice. She’s ignoring that advice at her peril, and putting herself at risk. That’s just her face, but we can see the damage to her chest and arms too.
 
WoW loads of tips on how to keep a house cooler just pop your sheets in the freezer 😂 blimey Lynsey you could’ve given loads of tips on this subject seeing as your access is supposed to be a home one. Here’s a few ideas 💡
Block out the sun from windows by either using a blackout blinds close all curtains.
If you don’t have curtains at windows that the sun is on use cardboard or even bin liners the more you can block out the heat the better. Let the early morning cooler air into your home.
Leave plenty of water bowls in every room so pets can access water at all times.cooling mats are brilliant if you don’t have a dog/ puppy that’s a chewer. Fans do tend the throw hot air about a damp tea towels on an airer really does help cool a room down too.
There you go cocknose share these tips they work and cheaper than a link from you. Oh and what about reminding people about using high factor sunscreen maybe show the ones you have in your cupboards.

As for cooling tips, use cooling mats, especially for pets, cooling towels are fab, and freeze water in hot water bottles is use in bed at night, wrap them in a pillow case and place at your feet or behind your neck,

That dog is clearly unwell because it’s massively overheated. Why doesn’t she put her blankets on rotation in the freezer and then put the family bedding in an hour before bedtime. Makes practical sense to me?! On the subject of putting bedding in the freezer - surely it should go in a bag? Then when it starts to thaw out your beds don’t become damp and then smell foisty? 🧐.

I was just coming to say that - doesn’t the frozen sheets thing make the bed damp? Sounds awful to me. I’d rather do the frozen hot water bottle thing, because at least you can wrap that in something and remove it from the bed once you’re done or if it becomes wet with condensation.

Yep, it's not the freezer they should go in it's the fridge, as the moisture they gather then heats up and makes you even hotter, but if someone does it they should be in a sealed bag.
She really hasn't a clue.
