On the GFM she has her friend state that she cannot justify paying 300k for an air ambulance. So she has choose to play at peoples heart strings to take their hard earned money to pay for it instead. Which is unfair. Government should have some sort of system in place that settlement money for treatment is used for TREATMENT!!! And her daughters money to be put in a trust fund. Not splashing her cash.

I really liked her and felt so sorry for her and I still do, but she's too sweet to be wholesome. Very disappointed that she set up a new GFM. If she did not have the money I would understand but she does!!!

Well, I think the problem is that the settlement portion she had available for treatment went on the gaff so now she is out of money... Hence the new GFM. But I genuinely think the people donating to the new GFM probably don't realise what the settlement money was spent on.

I'm truly sorry to hear this, it is a scary diagnosis for anyone & my heart goes out to you. I hope you are receiving effective treatment, are staying strong and doing well.

Agree with this @glambots.

The new gaff, renovations, car etc. Absolutely spend it as you wish... But how can you then ask the public for more money for holistic treatment.

The house & car weren't a necessity. The family weren't destitute. Zero need to buy them. Obv I don't know the intricacies but did nobody advise her to perhaps save some settlement money for extra treatments?

The new gaff, renovations, car etc. Absolutely spend it as you wish... But how can you then ask the public for more money for holistic treatment.

Lynsey is no fool. She wouldn't need guidance. She is quite cunning and highly manipulative so I wouldn't put her down as foolish. Arrogant perhaps hence the spending knowing that when it all runs out she'll turn on the tears again. If the people out there only knew her relationship with those girls and how they spend more time with their fathers and someone else who shall remain unnamed who takes care of them for her while she's off gallivanting and actually how terrified they are of Lynsey they would see that the angle she took about those girls being her life was all an act. The whole thing has been sensationalized by her and she took advantage of a situation and categorized herself into it. Although she definitely was misdiagnosed, the story she weaves around that and what really happened are very different. Her stance about being a warrior and standing up for others is false. Even her appearance on The Late Late Show looked like a total rehearsal. Like an actor on a press tour churning out the same rehearsed information. Actually she looked more like a Hollywood star than someone fearing for the life of their children after they've passed on. I keep saying this...when you compare her interview with anything Vicky Phelan has done.. no matter how glam Vicky might look.. you can see the fear and sadness in her eyes. It's always in the eyes. With Lynsey there is nothing. I hope people will start to wake up to see who she really is because locally everyone knows the type of person she is and she will continue to lie, use, manipulate and bleed people of money if she believes she will get away with it and if she believes they are of use to her.

The other person I believe is the mother of a FRIEND of hers? Same person? 🤔 regardless I've heard many things. It's really sad the whole story is tragic. Them little girls 😭

I'm more than sure Marty's gf was over in Mexico. I've followed her on Insta before I saw that they were an item and she had posts up of Mexico the time he was over with Lynsey

I think she's a user. Looks like she used him to bump her up to 'Instahun' status. I remember when she got back from Mexico she was begging for Sinead Hegarty's attention. Now all of a sudden she's besties with her, OH Fitness and Una Healy, who all have more followers than Marty so he's obviously no use to her anymore.
I've been told he's as genuine as he comes across online. He probably felt sorry for her because of her terminal illness because she doesn't seem to post about any long term (childhood) friends. Does she even have any?

Can the dads not stop her using the girls as money making tools? It's horrible to watch.

The dads are fighting a battle with her that they will never win unfortunately. If you knew the real her it’s easier to put up with her b.s instead of calling her out , she’s so manipulative it’s not even worth it. No matter what kind of conversation she has with anyone , it always turns back to how sick she is. Especially when you call her out on something. Where’s her family to stand by her side ? She burns her bridges with everyone she meets.

Haha, agreed. Beyond strange. And SOH and Sinéad Heg... Sending daily voice notes etc when they didn't even know each other and had never met? Must be an Instahun thing cause they always seem to be bezzies with Insta people they've never met. They don't DM or voicenote me though with my 50 followers ... Funny that.

Is there any truth in the rumour that she has a Merc sitting in her garden also?
It just baffles me that her priorities are all wrong. She's so sick but yet trying really hard to become something that she'll never be.
I heard she refused to share a GFM for another local girl with cancer. If that's true, that's just horrendous.

There is another girl Laura her story is beyond tragic and that girl could of really done with go fund the town of longford has rallied together to try help her and hopefully still will as I believe she is truly greatful ! I always wondered why she never donated to another her other go fund after her settlement !

There are 2 girls called Laura from Longford who are both extremely sick but don't flaunt it.
I notice Lynsey hasn't put up one thing on insta about Ashling Murphy. She really is self obsessed.
 
Cancer diagnosis aside - Lynsey is not a nice person. This “i love my girls so much and want to spend time with them” narrative is total rubbish, they’re props for her sob story. she does send them girls off with anyone who will take them, always has done. As far as her settlement goes she’s entitled to spend it any way she likes but not entitled to go putting the hand out looking for more from the regular people of Ireland. Does the court actually dictate how a settlement should be spent, like someone said she had 1m for treatment and 2.5m for the kids.... surely it’s up to her how she spends it, if that is the case then she should still have plenty left for treatment! The girls don’t need millions left in a trust fund, they haven’t lived a millionaire lifestyle before now so it’s not necessary and anyway they have dad’s who will do a perfectly fine job of raising them when she is gone, they won’t be left destitute. I can totally believe that she is so callous that she wouldn’t share that other girls go fund me...she uses people for what she can get from them and moves on to the next one, not surprising her sisters etc never feature I’d say they want to distance themselves from her....as for childhood friends I’d say they don’t exist because she’s used them all, there nothing more for her to get from them. Manipulative sociopath devoid of empathy springs to mind

I thought she was an only child, just picked it up wrong I guess as there’s never any family mentioned on her stories.. has she brothers? Nieces nephews or a dad? I know her mum has passed as she has mentioned it before
