I agree it is very staged and very complacent that the Author should assume that every reader knows the Company structure and all employees

Its just a load of padded twaddle to get some sort of engagement and a chance for Lydia & Carrie to tell each other how wonderful and special they are

Basically these people want to be self employed & their own boss because they like the prestige of titles - but also want a nice fat wage for doing Jack tit and working the expense account 🙄

"Hiring" her best friend and sister to work for her "company". Carrie is "CEO" aka Chief of Enabling Others.

It's like a group of morons playing house and giving themselves titles when they do jack crap. She happened to luck out initially on Youtube.

That luck is clearly running out and on it's last legs. Hope these three have a good career game plan because eventually they'll have to work for others as this LEM "Company" is self-destructive, a big joke, and about to be bankrupt.

Kinda pathetic also when you have to get your own PA to write an article about you. Clearly, no one else cares to.

What a muppet.

So many body parts thrust in our faces this week 🤮 I think the little fella is in love ... with himself. Why can t he go and get himself some work, surely his manager has something he can try and sell? Maybe his lack of professionalism (unable to pronounce the brand s name properly) is now wearing thin with brands. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Those skirts were the most interesting moment for me. Must be the heath. While she was puzzling about different lengths, it all seemed so perfectly logical - right length (toile de jouy is supposed to be worn with flats), slightly longer (to allow low to medium heel that go well with thick stripes) and gingham one being the longest to allow good wedge that suits this style and can be warn with stripes as well. I liked those skirts. I didn't like Carrie's brows.
 
OK, just started watching the Vlog now, she is wearing the same dress that Carrie got loads of compliments on the other week but so far hasn't mentioned who influenced her. She is also doing the cringey and fake as duck food order. She is not making any sense, she's trying to say how amazing it is without actually saying why, being able to tap to add more of the same item? I do that on my Tesco shop...actually even on my Morrisons/Amazon orders that's not special since when do you have to type in the number of items. Didn't talk about range of products/brands/expiry dates or delivery availability.

Also she doesn't know who or where her meetings are with...oh wait it's KM, but she's so involved - so involved she can obviously just turn up with no prep or planning. I've never worked in fashion but I've also never been to a meeting (2 hours don't ya know) where I don't at least bring some notes.

Her hair is also out of control. The one thing I am jealous of Lidl (nothing else) is that her hair grows crazy fast. She could have a good chop and in a few months it'll be much longer. Always thought she should have done that before she went to Despina a few months ago.

And probably LATE as she skipped Monday upload when clearly she had enough footage before she tacked more on the end.

Is it just me or was it strange that she didn’t say she was working with them or even have a discount code? She only food shopped and that’s it. Usually these types of ads come with some discount for her followers to try the platform.

And as someone who doesn’t live in the US, it is noticeable how many of her remaining deals are UK and not global.

You're right - Lidl's has the full skirt and Carrie's was a slim fit looking closer. They are the same colour and brand though - just thought it was funny as that vlog had loads of comments about Carrie's dress then Lidl shows up in almost the same one with no mention...just hoping for the same comments about herself.
