I honestly think that Elle being such a fanny through her pregnancy has taken away a lot of attention from Lucy. I’ve actually warmed to her a lot more this year.
I do think Lucy hasn't got much time to herself to act like a dick anymore. If she didn't have those girls I bet we'd see a bit more of the old vain, shallow Lucy 🤣 she's deffo been clever at adapting her audience to something like renovations. It's more her age group, rather than the same old clothing hauls, disgusting looking cooking🤣🤢 and pointless makeup demos. Not sure who is advising her, but they have made progress in life. Even Jordan seems to have toned it down and shown he is capable of other things😳

Those naughty, pesky vegetables, going into Lucy’s playroom and dirtying her carpet like that 🤣

I'm pretty sure it will be unrecognisable when they're done and will be a massive house, probably with white/wood exterior and grey windows. They bought for the location.
I agree. It will be unrecognisable. I renovated a bungalow over the past year and it completely looks like a new house. Was a complete dive before. They won't just be redecorating and replacing kitchen like for like, they will totally reconfigure the space as well. Walls moved etc.

They're no doing a self build? Where is this pot of gold they found? We looked at buying land for 100k then was estimated an additional £400k to build a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 sitting room house. In rural Scotland.

They arent self building, they went to a self build show for inspiration on materials etc. £400k is insane though, it wouldn't cost you £500k to buy a house that size from a developer so why would it cost anywhere near that to self build? My grandparents have self built twice in the past 30 years and definitely didn't cost them anywhere near that (also in Scotland).
