I’ll be honest, I have been influenced by seeing this afternoon tea and have begun nagging my husband 😅 however I’ve already seen and loved the film so whichever they were trying to promote, I’m sold 😂

It does look amazing ! But seeing the likes of mark ferries one minute and then Lucy wood the next getting it gifted just infuriates me when especially mark just really doesn’t strike me as Disney!!!
 
So I thought I wouldn't mind that Lucy's new video is an AD for Look Fantastic. 20% discount for the followers is kinda generous but at the same time, most of these website these days always offers some discounts, referral codes and so on. You can quite easily look up discount codes online so is the 20% really that good? I guess if you were eyeing something for a while, it's nice to buy it with a discount but that's it.
Then she shows a few favourite products and the first one is that Brazilian Bum Bum Cream. She loves it, would recommend to anyone to try and she's currently on her 4th or 5th jar.

The thing costs £44 for the 240 ml tub.
This coming from a girl who is having to save up to get her kitchen done and told us repeatedly how nice was it of her future brother in law (I think the present was from Adam's brother? Or someone in Adam's family) to buy her a posh Aesop hand wash, like she was a poor hungry girl selling matchsticks for living and couldn't afford nice things.
I am not saying people are not allowed to buy a 40 quid body cream id they can afford it. Go for it. I try and save money on certain things so I can spend a little extra on my skincare. But don't go telling people how you could only afford a tiny old cottage in London that needs a lot of TLC, how you have to save up money before you can do the kitchen up, all while you serve us a sponsored video after a sponsored video after being rather quiet for a number of months - because you remembered that viewers are your cash cow :oops:
 
LOL I have been triggered. I have had bad teeth all my life, had a root canal treatment before I was even 16 and after that numerous fillings and more root canal. It's bad genetics, we all have bad teeth in my family. She is very lucky indeed to be 30 years old not to have had a filling but somehow these Stories just came across as smug to me. Like, it's not always people's fault that they're at the dentist's all the time (believe me, I wish I hadn't!)

I like the message she's trying to push but of course she finds a way to start bragging about her own teeth... no lucy
 
I feel like she likes to brag a lot about stuff actually, which is why the self deprecating stuff annoys me. I dont believe it. She's gone on quite a few times about how young she looks and how she has a baby face...I definitely think she looks her age. And at 30, it's definitely a brag to say how she gets ID'd all the time.
Also i've never had fillings and eat a tit load of sugar. It's just genetics, nothing to be proud of.
 
@_Laura I actually don't mind the feeling at all but also wouldn't go on internet telling everyone how great it feels ;) I feel for you re: botched dental job, root canal and crowns aren't cheap!

@whatsever you There you go - and lucky you! I really need to watch my sugar intake and spend a small fortune on a good toothbrush and a toothpaste which is good for sensitive teeth and other stuff. FUN TIMES. :rolleyes:

I know this post is about her teeth but it's the lack of top lip that triggers me.
 
Quick question......

is this still a rave thread 😆 I used to like lucy a lot but went off her ar the time she decided to make “insecure quirky slightly bigger girl” her USP.
It got old. Fast

but her thread here seems really active so I was wondering if people love her that much 😆
