i also think ben has done something based on those comments from the podcast but surely if he had cheated on her her best friend (stefanie) wouldn’t still be speaking to him!? we were all right though when we’ve said previously she would thrive without him

I wonder if it wasn't 'proper' in person cheating, but messaging girls on IG? Maybe some friends see that as awful behaviour but forgivable. Lucy clearly sees it as unforgivable and/or wanted a way out as it's obvious she's destined for bigger things...
